He recommended a tow company to me, knowing that I didn't live around there, who was also very accommodating, Once the vehicle was dropped off at **** Auto, his team went to work right away to diagnose the issue and within an a couple hours the vehicle was repaired and the fix was simple. I highly recommend **** Auto, they very easily could have tried to charge for more knowing I wasn't there to talk with them face to face but they only did what they needed to repair the vehicle. **** Auto is Honest, Has Integrity and great customer service, wish they had a shop in ******* **.”

“I just had the most wonderful experience at this oil change place at about 6:00 tonight. There were three young men there and their names are Jeremy, Omar, and Justin. These were the nicest most courteous and professional young men I've met in a long time. Not only did they not try to sell me something I didn't need but told me I had a couple things wrong that they couldn't fix I'd have to take it to another shop, but they called me sir and I just can't get over how kind they were I just can't and it's refreshing after a long day at work to be treated so nice and so good. Any question I had they answered and if they didn't know they told me. They were very fast and efficient and safe in fact they called out signals to each other to make sure there were no leaks, to make sure everything was clear, to make sure everything was safe for me to pull out of the Bay where they worked at. If I could give these young men in the oil change that they performed more stars I would sure do it and I will definitely be going back and my suggestion to anyone out there reading this if you want a good experience and kind people and professional stop at this place and get your oil changed I guarantee you it's an experience you've never had before at Old change place. And to the manager of the store you have three good young men working for you you should be proud of them I'm sure you are. Sincerely Barry K Palmer Jr”
