2/28/2025 - I went to Honka again yesterday for an oil change (which they REMIND me via text when it’s due!!) and a new battery! They took my car right in and took care of me - even when their lobby was FULL. My car is pretty old and I have the old fashioned crank windows, well the handle on my window crank thing had broken off and I have just been making do well when I picked my car back up yesterday I didn’t even realize it until I got home that they had fixed my window crank! I hadn’t even mentioned it to them when I was there, they just fixed it out of the kindness of their heart!!
It’s things like that that really mean ALOT to a customer! Adriana and the entire team THANK YOU FOR BEING SO GREAT TO US, your customers ?

Everything from the first phone call was exceptional, everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, getting a quote for my 2010 Toyota Prius replacement HV battery was painless, their prices are the best in the area, and they squeezed me in for an appointment in two business days.
The actual appointment started 15 minutes before 9AM and I was leaving with my Prius 9:28AM. These guys/gal are incredibly fast.
I did a battery life expectancy test via Dr. Prius after the battery was installed (and driven for roughly 30 miles) and it came back with 85% battery life (roughly, not as precise as a proper cell load test, but the best you can get on your own OBD reader). This was for their cheapest option of a reconditioned/refurbished replacement battery.
I am incredibly happy with the work performed and the speed of the appointment, as well as the new lease on life my 210K mile Prius has!”

“Altin honest and fair. I had AC issues for a couple weeks and thought I needed a compressor that another mechanic diagnosed but couldn’t do. Took it here and he gave me prices up front and said he would do his homework to confirm the issue and keep me posted. “We used Clearwater radiator & air for an a/c issue that occurred while we were in from out of town. They were able to work us in quickly, they diagnosed the repairs needed and explained those repairs. The repairs were made the next day (parts ordered) and at a reasonable price. When we picked up our vehicle we were given a printout of minor codes that we could have our local mechanic review once we returned home. No high pressure sales pitch. Big fans!”

He came and fixed it the next day, was very pleasant to speak with and the cost was cheaper than getting my car towed to the shop I normally would have gone to. He takes care of our 2000 Jeep and 2011 Avalanche and he is more than thorough as well as very clear as to the why and how of what is needed to remedy the problem.
