Stopped to make a return and lady was beyond rude! Accusing us of washing a pair of pants that wasn't washed at all! Her facial expressions were rude and the way she spoke to us. I work with the public and you don't treat people like that. CUSTOMERS ALWAYS RIGHT! Then asked for receipt and got a snotty comment. Walking out i turned around she continued to glare at us. I looked for a name badge but didn't have one. Very unprofessional weather a cashier, a manager or whatever she is. Treating us like a liar though isn't gonna happen!!! Won't be back!!!

I went in 3 days ago and I had a white male worker following me. I was shopping with my 3 year old daughter. I am not from here, I am from NY and I guess because I am Hispanic looking he thought I was going to steal. Every section I went he kept popping up in the corner. I ended up just grabbing what I had in my hand and paid and left. I never had that happened to me before and because I was with my child I didn’t want to confront him. I will never come into this store again.

I was surprised at the low prices of some pieces. Really surprised. So surprised I couldn't refuse to buy them. I came in looking to buy a pair of socks and left with a winter jacket, a pullover sweater, an oversized long sleeve sweatshirt, a pair of jeans, and two sweatshirts. All discounted to $90+...a wonderful deal, great value!

I went into the store during the week.
Couldn't find anyone to help me find my size.
Was looking to buy 3 pair of jeans. Only found one in my size.
Went to check out and waited 30 mins in line.
They only had one cashier.
Poor staffing.
Will just shop online now.
U guys are awful!!!!!!

Great selection of sizes. I'm a bigger girl and went to 4 major department stores, went too Old Navy in between Country Side Mall and Tried City Plaza, ended my shopping trip BACK at Old Navy to make my purchase. Thanks for making stylish, trendy cloths for big women. I don't need or want to wear synthetics with flowers or kittens because I'm big.

The employees are deliberately placing sales signs in an ambiguous fashion so that it is difficult and confusing when trying to determine which items are on sale. Then they are nasty rude at the register when the customer chooses incorrectly. Rude associates and cheap material.

This store is amazing for jeans for any size person. I haven’t had a bad experience, on the pricey side 40-50 for jeans I personally think that is a good price for the quality.
