Absolutely terrible place. They made us wait over 1hr (with my toddler) only to say that they cannot purchase the items. I had a brand new used once baby walker (purchased brand new for $53) that they didn’t take because of “minor staining” which honestly I cannot see where it is other than on the wheels a tiny bit. And same with a baby gate. Both work perfectly. It’s one thing if they don’t want to take it but it’s another making us wait over 1hr just to say that.It’s a store with young teenage girls who take no responsibility & one of the girls was rude, long faced & not welcoming at all. It’s a babies and kids store. Should be the most fun & welcoming place. Never going back again.

the employees are always miserable and not friendly at all. the toy section is actually embarrassing for the store with how unorganized it is. all of them are missing pieces, mostly stuff that i’d throw away. i dread going to check out because of how miserable the employees are. i love OUAC but this location is disappointing.

It can be nerve-racking to go shopping with your infant. But I love shopping here with my baby. So many great deals in the store is organized so well! Kayla is amazing and was so sweet and patient with me and my son.

They only take 2 containers of items at a time??? I came down with 5 regular sized trash bags and they said they can only take 2 and that I’d have to come back another day or go to another location. I’m not wasting my gas driving back and forth 3 different times. Weirdest crock I’ve ever heard.

So for some reason it’s popping up that my husband is making this review but whatever!My first visit to this location was awful my daughter and I walk in two girls up front no greeting at all no hello no welcome in nothing!!!! So we go about our business not even two minutes later a lady walks in and they say hi welcome in (good and expected customer service) moving on my daughter finds some stuff she wants and since never being in this location I ask excuse me do you have a fitting room the employee says oh ya straight back and just points ok she try’s on things and we proceed to the register where Makenna kindly greets us and ask us if we found everything okI said yes thanks and asked if there happened to be a manager available she stated she was at the time so I started to proceed to tell her what our experience was like and the whole time the one employee is looking at me very rudely! After paying for the merchandise and getting ready to leave I asked Makenna to step outside so that I could explain to her a little more detail, everything that happened from start to finish without the other employees eavesdropping as they Certainly were at least the one, the only reason I am leaving the two stars is because of Makenna she was very apologetic, and I explained to her that I worked in customer service many years and still due to this day. My husband and I own a business. I told her I understand people have bad days but with customer service you have to keep a smile on and treat your customers equalI believe I mentioned that I usually go to the Largo location where I’ve never had any issues so I don’t know that I will ever ever return to this location because of those two employees. It was just terrible customer service with them and not Acceptable. But too Makenna you Get five stars, you were very polite very Professional and understanding about my concerns

Extremely disappointed in the customer service and explanation given for NOT taking a DONATION. I was hoping to give 10 to 15 Lego sets to Once Upon A Child for those who can't afford full price boxes BUT would like to give their children intricate building blocks (great educational toys). I was informed they won't take used Lego sets because they have to count the pieces. At the time of my visit, several teens were standing doing next to nothing. They could have taken the sets and counted. A missing piece would certainly not be a problem at a discounted price sold As Is. I enjoy the store but was very upset with this interaction

I don’t know what I’d do without Once Upon A Child! Valentine’s Day coming up, in less than five minutes I can source the perfect school outfit for my daughter and be checked out and most likely ten dollars or less. Where else can you do that!?

I was very disappointed in their customer service and buy back process. They did not give us an approximate wait time when we checked in. We shopped the store and checked back an hour later and she said it could take up to 3 hours so I said I would come back later to give them time to process the items. When I came back they said they could not take the vtech track i brought in because it wasn't assembled. You can't bring it into the store assembled so I asked what the procedure was. She said to assemble here when i checked in. I said but no one told me that, I have been here collectively for an hour and a half. At any point I could have assembled it if that expectation was relayed to me. She just said oh sorry she didn't tell you. Super disrespectful of people's time and deeply frustrating as a parent since i had a toddler and preschooler with me. I will not be bringing items here for consignment again.

This is the place to get your kids clothes. My kids grow so fast and I don’t want to spend a fortune getting them what they need. This location is so organized and the ladies that work there are super friendly. Makenna was so nice and helpful trading in my kids clothes and checking me out. I love this spot!

I don't have a problem with the store. I like the set up. The only thing I have a problem is the customer service ?. This girl name Liz needs more training in customer service. Not very friendly at all!! Asked for help and was very rude about it. By the time I checked out, a young girl name Addy, didn't like her attitude ?. She wasn't welcoming at all. There's a bunch of teenagers running the show. I feel like there should be at least one responsible adult that has a least 5 years of management experience. Again, love the store but, worst customer service experience ?. Once upon a child!! Liz and Addy needs more training. There service sucks!! ??

Today was the 1st time I shopped at this store and can't believe I haven't before. Everything is incredibly organized - right down to colour. I was able to get in and out super quick. Shout out to Kayla who helped me find what I needed - plus some!

Bri, Madison, Melanie, and Faith were amazing today! Answering my questions, helping me find what I needed and had my other items to sell ready in a timely fashion! The store is always super clean and well organized. I love that they ask you to bring a reusable bag. I’m all for helping the environment. Kayla checked me out today, and she was very pleasant and kind. Never a bad shopping experience there. I’m happy to give them my business.
