I always wondered why their parking lot was always so empty. I found out why when I needed a drive shaft. I had it installed by my mechanic, and it immediately broke on the test drive. Brought it back to these clowns for a refund, and found myself behind another customer returning another defective part for a multiple time. The a*# clowns behind the counter thought it was amusing, and were smirking the whole time. Needless to say, I’d never purchase anything from them again, and HIGHLY recommend that others do the same also.

I am a motorhead and the craziest this I noticed is that when other stores such as Advance Auto, Autozone etc, doesn't have parts in stock, O'Reilly does! Once again thet came through with a brake caliper that I needed for my Mustang GT. Everyone else had a 2 day or so wait and boom, O'Reilly had it in stock. My go to place for parts Sometimes I wonder why even bother checking the other guys.

Cashier bagged my items and then handed them to me while facing away from me and talking to another employee. I was literally the only person in the store other than the two employees.

Called to purchase a part for my car, was put on hold twice and twice I was hung up on. Called a third time and guess what, no one picked up the phone. I guess they can't multi task.Thank you for your response. At the least, I should have been called back when you're techs had a chance. I understand having in store costumers can be time consuming and sometimes overwhelming. I will continue to use ORileys, no one is perfect.Thanks

Eric saved our vacation. Thought the car we were using needed a new battery for the key fob. Eric noticed the car battery was leaking acid and asked us to move for our safety. There was a sulfur smell coming from the car, and a spark could have caused a fire. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. After the battery cooled, he replaced the battery. We felt fortunate to have found someone as helpful as Eric.

Worst location. Trevor, who refers to himself as a manager, has zero customer service skills, is extremely rude, argues with customers, and thanks it's okay to make unauthorized transactions on your behalf with your card.The only reason I gave 1 star is because you're not able to give a zero star rate. This behavior has happened to me not once but twiced.

Justin at orileys Clearwater had phenomenal customer service he didn’t hesitate to help me and my two kids get our car seatbelt fixed to be able to go home and I couldn’t be more thankful for him definitely not customer service you typically get! Thank you again Justin!

Very helpful! We took a loaner circuit tester which was basically brand new which was just what we needed to solve our issue!
