The employee working today at 4:00pm on 01/23 with short dyed hair is losing customers due to lack of awareness. She was so engrossed in her discussion of how much she hates her son’s girlfriend to the customer at the counter that she completely ignored the other customers in the store. We went up to the counter 4 different times and she never once acknowledged us. It’s the first time we’ve been in that store and trust me it’ll be the last.

The staff is friendly. The store was neat and organized. The aisles were large enough to accommodate a stroller and the best part was the automatic entry door. Also, they had a nice selection of boys clothes!

This location is poorly designed. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable but store has no wifi and rewards do not show up on the store computers. Most shoes are store brand, fewer designer brands. The online system is flawed as well, shoes arriving with no box or adequate packing, customer service is ill informed and unconcerned. DSW as a whole needs a revamp, other stores have similar problems.

My review is of this location only. I have been shopping at DSW for almost 20 years. I still remember the first time I walked in to a DSW it was like the world stopped and I could hear the church choir singling Hallelujah!! A shoe lovers dream! A sea of shoes as far as the eye could see from sandals to heels to boots and all of the designer brands. Sometimes I would go to DSW just to cheer myself up on a bad day. After I moved to Clearwater it was kind of a bummer to have to drive clear to Tyrone square to get shoes so I was excited when one opened up right off of 19 near my house. Today as I was heading out the door and preparing for the trek to Tyrone I remembered oh yeah! There's one over by Bed Bath & Beyond now. BUT the second I walked in to this new store the excitement ended. For all that is holy what In the hell is this?! It says DSW outside but I could have sworn I just walked in to a warehouse sized Payless re born. Such shoe blasphemy! The new store model loses all of its original allure, shames the names of Vince camuto, Enzo Angiolini, and Franco Sarto by stuffing them in this low budget warehouse instead of the original upscale store layout and vibe. The original DSW made you feel like you could sip on champagne and shoe shop all day. This atrocity screams where the hell is everything and get me the hell out of here. I sure hope this is just one of two test stores and not a remodel plan or they might just lose a lot of customers. It took me 5 isles and reading multiple generalized signs just to find sling back mules. This was not a good shopping experience. Such a disappointment

I have been shopping at DSW stores for years. Was so excited to finally get one in Pinellas County. This store does not follow the same format and is a miserable shopping experience. It is set up warehouse style with tall short sections placed at strange angles. It is a very frustrating unpleasant shopping experience. I sincerely hope this is not the DSW model going forward. Clerk told me that others are saying the same thing. If I want to shop DSW I will drive to Tampa where shoes are displayed and organized by style making it easier to find what you are looking for.

A friend of mine wanted to buy some children's clothing for Christmas so I took him to OshKosh B'gosh in the Coral Ridge Mall. I had never been to this store, so it was a first time for me and I must say I was super impressed. It's a big store, all most something like we think of as being a big box store. And, it is loaded with clothing for children appropriate divided by ages such as being for baby girls and boys 0-24 months old, toddler clothing for ages 2 through 5, and for girl and boy 4 to 14 years old. The emphasis on the clothing seems to be "cute" in style. Some of it is marketed at easy on the wallet prices and some hits as pretty steep in price for what it is. But that basically that means nothing more than having items for every one and in every price range. The service staff seems most knowledgeable and helpful. In fact they said if we couldn't find anything we wanted in the correct size they would order if for us and ship it to us free of charge. Indeed I found it the best place I've ever seen for buying children's clothing. Unlike the department stores which merely have children's clothing sections, OshKosh B'gosh has a whole store dedicated to nothing other than children's clothing. Hence your selections and chances of finding what you are looking for are better than elsewhere.
