I ordered and paid for a sample which I never received. I requested, but did not receive a refund and customer service was very rude. DO NOT ORDER FABRIC SAMPLES FROM Outdoor Fabric Central!!!

Unprofessional and slightly deceitful. What is not on their order site is that you MUST call and verify whether or not the product is in stock. It will happily take your money and you will just wait with no notice. They have an automated response system and though they are quick with that - quick with samples - your product may not arrive until 3 months later and you will get no notification. The rep said she had no way of knowing when a product would arrive. Sometimes it is a week and though it says 3 months out now, it may not be. What? And you need full payment today? Not good business at all.
