Buyer Beware:
PetSmart Clearwater (North and South), does not honor their advertised prices. What you see online is not what you will receive in-store.
//Issue: PetSmart . com advertised live fish (as seen in the attached), for a promotional sale for fish bought in the store. The price was not honored. Who is to know if any advertised price will be honored? The Manager will say that is only for "feeder fish", but that is not what their site depicts. This is not complicated the PetSmart add shows the specific fish at the specific price and yet the managers will literally ignore it and say well that's only for feeder fish. This is the definition of False Advertisement.

I took both of my babies ( male dogs) to get groomed, I took them at 8am to Kayla and I got told 4 hrs , so I arrived
at the grooming place, at 12ish she was not done, I was watching her groom my baby, look like she was very tired and handleling my baby like a sack of potatoes, (he is very small only 5lbs), when I saw this I was hurt so I went inside and let her know I need it to go, so I wanted my babies now, after I ask her that, she said 5 more minutes, $200 and 5 1/2hrs later it was now,1:30 pm, she brought them and complained about the puppy she said he got in a water bowl and she had to dry him up,and clean up,when I got home the puppy look like he was limping so I
look at his leg and hip, he is very sore and he looked like he was in pain this is upseting I definitely will NEVER bring them back to this particular place, very upset with them and very disappointed

My puppy, Josie, was enrolled in Puppy Education class and Intermediate Education class, with Alexis as the trainer for both. Josie is now able to follow several basic commands and has increased her duration for “wait” and “stay”. She has better manners when interacting with people and other dogs, thanks to Alexis’ excellent instruction. Alexis is knowledgeable in all aspects in raising and teaching your puppy/young dog. Alexis is patient in working with puppies AND their owners and offers practical advice on how to work with your puppy at home, including managing some common puppy behaviors. I would highly recommend Alexis as a trainer for all puppies and dogs. She has experience with many breeds of dogs!

Was refused assistance to carry over 10 large items/packages to my car by 2 employees. One employee told me to park my car illegally to "make it easier" and told by another that "they aren't allowed to help DoorDash drivers." Completely disrespectful.

I have used Banfield vets for many years and always felt my friends were in good, loving, hands.
Any extraordinary issues they have close ties with Blue Pearl specialists, so we are always cared for.

PetSmart dog training with Alexis has been amazing! My pup's name is Oreo, and she has officially graduated from the puppy class and is currently attending intermediate training. She has learned a lot of new commands and has become more comfortable in an environment with new people and dogs. It has helped her anxiety, her self-confidence, and her obedience. I admire Alexis' patience and her ability to work with the dogs, as well as the owners, so that we learn how to reinforce the training at home. We are looking forward to more training sessions and Oreo's continued growth. If you are considering training your pup, definitely check out Alexis' schedule!

I bought a aquarium kit in April of this year and filter assembly is broken will not pump motor failed was told not covered should last for more than 3 months very disappointing will not be shopping there they don’t stand for there products they sell

Good products. Hunt for service if you need help. A little pricey. They occasionally have sales at the front of the store with small toys for dogs and cats.

Terrible customer service (or lack of customer service). This is why I always shop at Petco. I won't be back to Petsmart again but they don't care because they're a huge corporation.
