Took my pup for grooming & 4 days later she has fleas. Nothing in her environment changed at all. If you get a grooming, be sure to remind the salon to sanitize all grooming tools!!

PetSmart is a complete shopping stop for your furry friends. They have a huge selection of food for our Boston Terrier and she enjoys herself on our store visits. She likes to check out the toy section but usually goes for toys better suited for a Great Dane!

Toy selection for cats was pretty picked through but lots of cat food.

I went to this location, looking for some puppy food. One of the girls from the fish department came over to help me she was very pleasant we located the food I was looking for.
Came to the store after an unpleasant experience at another pet store. PetSmart is our store of choice now.

I checked prices on line and can up that PetSmart had a markdown on an item I needed, got to checkout and was told it had to be on the website, I said oh because it said "item priced at checkout" but ok then I was told told ( that even though it cleosays AT PETSMART on it that they couldn't honor it because it's not there's...... And I asked to talk to a manager and was told the same thing. Never going back and that sucks cuz I live right across the street but I can also get the item a Walmart or Sam's club

I love this place because it's one of the few Petsmarts that doesn't just sell any fish to anyone. I've seen the women who work in the fish/reptile department deny making sales on fish to people who clearly have no idea what they're doing and I can appreciate that. It's great to see people who are knowledgeable to and friendly and aren't just trying to move fish.

Don't adopt from this place. The adoption ladies are doing you a favor by allowing you to spend $150 to adopt their cat based on their discriminatory requirements.

Couldn't believe the 2 ladies working/volunteering at the cat adoption center at this Petsmart. Both of them exhibited biased formed opinions as to who meets THEIR requirements to adopt a cat. Adele said she can't deal with people and Jeanne was judgemental based on just talking to my family. Both of them acted like they are doing me a favor and I only wanted to bring a cat to a good home. I drove to this location twice and both times I was not able to adopt because of some silly on the spot reason. There are plenty of other places to get a cat for either free or $50....not $200 like they charge here.
