“James on duty. 10/17 6:40 pm Doesn't seem that concerned pump wasn't printing receipts. Took a bit of effort but I got him to say he'll tell them. He asked if I used a certain payment method like that would make a difference. He opened it and printed two blank papers. Implied it's working, as if there's nothing to be done. So its not broken? No. I didn't get a receipt... What's wrong with it, is it a machine/computer problem? How can it be fixed? I don't know. [I'm thinking shouldn't he say that he will take it up the chain of command to figure out how it can be resolved?] It's working but its not working? I'll make a note if it. You'll tell them? yes I'll tell them. He did offer to give me a handwritten receipt.”

“I just want to take a moment to thank Shannon and Carlos, for being a wonderful pharmacist.
My fiance and I have different health issues, more than enough issue that require multiple medications.
We have been coming to this pharmacy for approximately 7 years and in that seven years I feel like its family when we walk up to the counter. All the staff at the pharmacy counter are very pleasant, i wish I could remember everyone's name so I could give them credit. But just know that you are the ones that give me my meds and take the payments, thank you.
Recently my fiancé. had several strokes. I went to the pharmacy to check to see if the hospital sent any medication, because it didn't say anything on his discharge paperwork. I explain this to Shannon the pharmacist and he got right on that saw that there was medicine prescribed and immediately filled them without hesitation.
Shannon knows my name and my fiancée's name.Every time we go in he always says hello and calls us by our first name . I also wanna add.
That the pharmacist have this amazing way of remembering a lot of our diagnosis, now that is a feat in itself considering we have multiple.
When our co-payments are too expensive. The pharmacy staff and the pharmacists do their best to see where we can get a discount, sometimes they do this and they don't even tell us that they did.
So in essence this is what i'm talking about. The pharmacy personnel at Publix pharmacy on highlands at labelle plaza has to be one of the best pharmacies that I've ever had the pleasure of going to!!!!
Big shout out to all of you in the pharmacy. I see that you guys are extremely busy and rushing around on certain days. But you still take the time to smile and address us by our name, so thank you!
I don't think the average lay person understands the pressures of working in a pharmacy, the constant phone calls from doctors.The constant calls from patients with questions about medications.The constant stat medications that need to be filled. I can understand this somewhat from being a nurse for thirty years. The medical field and the insurance process has changed drastically and everything has become difficult. The time effort and energy the pharmacist must put in to make sure they are able to cover our medications with our insurance is absolutely amazing!

“Love this place! They have both buy in bulk items and single buy items, pet supplies, clothing, deli, beer and wine, furniture, herbal products. Mostly buy in bulk. All items are of high quality and their foods are delicious!
There's also a multitude of great bargains there in their electronics department, I noticed and now what the 100 inch Vizio TV selling for around I want to say 800 dollars. I didn't buy it because I had purchased a 75-in Vizio 4 years ago for 3,000 dollars. Now I can't wait for my old TV to break lol??. Vizio picture quality surpassed Sony's about 5 years ago, that's why I went with buying a Vizio project! Also I purchased a Vizio man's watch 180 at a jewelry store at the local mall. Sam's club was selling the same watch for under 100 dollars at Christmas time! Aftershock you can sit down and enjoy a very low priced piece of pizza or hot dog and a drink. Oftentimes I'll go there just for lunch great pizza! I get a large slice of pepperoni pizza for $1.80. Finally, the gasoline typically sells for 30 to 5o cents less a gallon, and I found the cars in line move pretty good Pace! Great jobs Sam's club”

“Needed a compound medication for my dog. Called several local pharmacies but none took the time to order look up medicine needed. The pharmacist, Donna ordered the medicine and even had it delivered to my home. Friendly staff, highly recommend.”

“You can find anything/everything that you expect to find in a pharmacy, such as beer, sleepers, pajamas, beach chairs, etc. We just couldn't find latex free surgical gloves, but we might have expected too much from a pharmacy. After all, they have a limited space.”

“I've been displaced for my apartment and have been living in a motel for 4 weeks. My cat was lethargic one night and I felt the need to take his temperature. I didn't know where anything was around me because I'm in a different area and I found that CVS was so close, which was great because it was only 15 minutes until their closing time. When I got there on the shelf where the thermometers were the cost was 19.97 or something like that and that was too much. I didn't have that much to spend so I went around and I looked at the clearance section that they have on the end of an aisle and there was a thermometer laying there. I didn't think it was actually on sale but I thought somebody put it there accidentally. I took it to the cashier and I told her that I thought it wasn't on sale but would she please check the price. She did and it was not on sale but it was actually a lesser priced thermometer at 10$ something so I was able to purchase it. They were very kind, very patient, and very helpful. I would definitely go there again. By the way, my cat by did not have a fever.”

“5 star service. I called a bunch of times to pharmacist over a 2 day period since I was having trouble with communication between My doctor. She didn't once get mad or frustrated and answered my questions without hesitation and a good attitude. Everything was eventually solved and I was able to pick up my meds. Customer service at its finest. Prices for meds were reasonable, even though my insurance wasn't in network. Will be returning next month for a new order.”

Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by the pharmacist and she explained in detail about the vaccine that I was receiving and answered every question that I had. She was so nice and personable. “May be misleading but giving this Sam's Club review solely on their gas. I found a Groupon on a Sam's membership that ultimately gave me a free year + $25 in rewards, an offer I could not refuse. Gas in this area can get pricey so more often than not the delta has been $.30 cheaper/gallon from a Wawa or Raceway which is a huge savings!! Unless I'm under 50mi from E, I make my way to Sam's or Costco. The location of this Sam's club is across the way from Costco (I admit I am a member of both...) but to me Sam's has an edge simply for its location right off Gulf to Bay and US-19 whereas Costco is nestled further down, another U-turn ans light away. I love love love that they have a QR code I can scan at the pump to quickly fill up my tank. As soon as you open the app and scan, it has you quickly verify your card on file. No need to dig through your wallet to pull out 1-2 cards at the pump. Such a simple way to be in and out in minutes! I often switch my wallet/bag around and mistakenly left my Costco card at home one time. Having the membership card linked to my Sam's app is such a breeze and once I was on the Costco gas line and had this realization, it was a no brainer for me to cross the street and hop on the Sam's line. The price difference was a penny off which was awesome.I do have to shave one star off simply because the line is terrible with the tight space, especially for those coming in from the parking lot vs. The highway entrance... not sure how to help this but there is absolutely no structure and once you're in the tail end of the parking lot entrance, it's an awkward single file line that isn't sure which pump it leads to... if you do want to inch towards a specific pump, you then block one of the exits to the highway... just a huge free-for-all stressful mess, but worth it for a value!”

“This CVS is located on the corner of Cleveland St. and Missouri Ave. in Clearwater. We went online and made an appointment for the COVID vaccine. Surprisingly, their online app was pretty easy to fill out to ultimately get an appointment. Upon arrival, we just had to speak with the pharmacy tech and the pharmacist quickly came out. They have private booths to explain the vaccine and all of the standard questions. They also take your temperature. The pharmacy staff have perfected their procedure for delivering the COVID vaccine. If you haven't gotten one yet, CVS is the place to get your vaccine!”

It’s so refreshing to speak with someone so knowledgeable about her profession and who also knows how to patiently explain any issues with prescriptions to clients.
