Came in to get a check printed, no tellers and the gentleman at the front was rude and started asking invasive questions about my employment to "update their file".
1. PNC made 6 billion last year, they can afford tellers.
2. People are tired of big corps collecting information about them.
I went to another PNC that had tellers, and was in and out in less than 5 minutes without invasive questioning. The damage is done though.
I've banked with PNC for 15+ years but now I'm moving my accounts to a local credit union. Bye PNC

Once again, I go to deposit money at the ATM and it says currently not able too. I'm only giving 2 stars bc the staff is so nice here. PNC if you are going to switch to ATM ONLY cash deposits then make sure the ATMs can handle that. It's so frustrating. This has been a long time complaint it should be fixed by now.
Edit: I'm changing this review to a 1 star. I'm trying to deposit money at the drive through ATM again, bc it's 5am I don't feel safe getting out of my car. And of course the ATM is out of service! Why would PNC get rid of despoting cash inside at one of its busiest locations in Clearwater but keep the Missouri location that's not busy normal. I'm actually over it, I'll be looking for a new bank

Interesting that most reviews deal with the same problem at this location, the fact that they simply got rid of the night drop and that scanning with the ATM does not work. THEY KNOW IT AND DO NOT CARE.
Still nothing happens. Apparently PNC wants to get rid off its customers. I have had a similar experience that in the morning the staff arrives late and customers have to wait up to 15 minutes after nine before they finally open the doors. You have to ask yourself why such unprofessional behavior is tolerated and why a bank treats its customer like that.

I used to love banking with PNC mainly bc the staff at every location I've ever interacted with was so professional and friendly, I actually used to tell everyone PNC is so much better than other banks from experience, especiallyafter owning a business. But now with this new system that only allows us to deposit at the ATM, I'm so frustrated. There are so many times I come during the day to deposit at the ATM and there's a line that will take 30 mins if I'm lucky to get through, so I literally drive off. And then I tried switching my schedule to late nights to deposit, and half the time the ATM tells me it currently can't process my deposit and gives me back my cash. I can't live like this, I only have so much time in my life to stop by the bank and deposit money. They need a bigger drop box, or need to bring back the old way.

Despite their fresh new look, this branch has some of the most uncaring staff that you will meet. Especially if you're not a private/wealth management client.Do NOT do business with these folks. They have no interest in your well-being, but only on how they can make/take money from your account! ?

I used to love banking with PNC but now all the locations are closing for whatever reason and now its going to be EXTREMELY difficult for me to have to uber 30 mins back and forth to just get things like rent money that i cant get out of an ATM...ridiculous. if youre thinking of banking with PNC I'll suggest not to actually, not because they're bad or anything but because they're closing most of their locations down and it will be difficult for someone to find a branch near them

Worst customer service in Florida. All tellers closed. No cash at this location. Continuous problems with deposits and overdrafts because of their processing. Loyal customer of over 13 years means NOTHING to them

The bank has gone down hill. Be careful and watch your money as they have a habit of “taking your hard earned “ out of your account!!When you check your account and notice money is missing. They will investigate for 3-5. Months and will hear lies and you have lost your money!!!!The bank is extremely dishonest and will LIE STRAIGHT TO YOUR FACE!! Then tell you how sorry they are for the “loss” of your money!The bank needs to be investigated like WELLS FARGO.They need to be FINED and be held accountable for their misgivings or one may even say not misgivings but FRAUD!WATCH YOUR MONEY AT THIS BANK, they definitely are not the bank of years past!

I'm not sure why there are so many mixed/bad reviews. I've been to many PNC locations around the state of Florida and never had a single issue at any of them with customer service or any ATM or machine. Weird huh.
