Delivery was prompt. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and friendly, including the drivers that delivered and picked up our POD.
Most definitely would highly recommend them and will do so myself if need be.

We set up a schedule of drop offs and pickups with PODS, and they adhered to it. Service was great. We would absolutely use them again, and recommend them to all our relatives & friends!

Professional, excellent customer service! Drivers were great. We needed 3 pods. They were dropped off and picked up on time, every time. Got a call every time they were on their way. I called at the end of August to get pricing and was given a price for an 8’and 16’. I had questions and then book. My questions couldn’t be answered and contact was sent to tech service to fix. They changed it. The 8’ was staying in my driveway until December and then the 16’ would come. I was told $195.94 would be first month for 8’ then $129.00 per month for storage in my driveway. It was changed by pods. Then 9/24 $117.36 9/25 $65.02 and 10/6 $285.10 with out pods Notifying me. I have been calling and trying to get this cleared up. They say the only amount I will get back is $100. This is Unacceptable the pod is sitting in my driveway. I have wasted too much time on this and they are not sticking to their original agreement. They are saying I changed it for them to store. The 8 foot supposedly they have it. It’s sitting in my driveway.

It has been almost a week. Gave them the information they requested. I am the one that reached out to them again. They are still looking into it. With a large company like this how long does it take to fix their mistake. I’ve had several businesses throughout my life if that was a problem I handled it ASAP. This is a large enough business. They should’ve handled this by now. I’m in limbo right now and if they think I will back off, they’re wrong.

Having a POD in your driveway feels very secure and available. The strong structure plus a lock keeps your items safe. Likewise, I had access to the POD 24/7. They place the entrance to the POD away from the street so that when in and working with the POD (passers by) cannot see in, see what you have, or what you are doing.

The communication was excellent. I knew exactly when to expect delivery and pickup. I was a bit disappointed to not get the a long blankets I requested and the office crew should be a bit more savvy on which size POD I should have reserved. It is not completely based on the size of the apartment.
