I am more than pleased with the service I received from both Jerry and Chrissy. I rented a storage unit for an antique automobile, but found that the location of the unit in relation to its surroundings was untenable to maneuver into and out of. Jerry helped with a more suitable unit, and Chrissy made the move efficiently and painlessly. Kudos to both!

First ever I have stored anything. Was a little unsure how to do it, but the live person on the kiosk was great. Also I couldn’t get my unit unlocked. I didn’t know how to do it. There was a gentleman there that works for the business on a golf cart so I asked him how to work it. He got me all set. Nice experience so far!!!

Staff was ok, even though check-in took very long. Not at all happy with this property. It is very very old, and it obviously hasn't been updated probably ever. Unit is in poor condition and dirty.

Been using this place for a while. Great place and location. Property manager Jerry was great. He called me to confirm the reservation and then went above and beyond to help me get the right space. I had to get storage due to Hurricane Helene back in October of 2024. It was very hard to get a space. Dan the manager has gone out of his way to help me originally losing a space, then getting me another one. In additon, I have been having problems with FEMA appeals that help with costs of moving/storage. Dan went out of his way to help me yet a third time to verify with FEMA by phone that I have a storage unit at the facility. In my world of everything working against me - Dan spent the time to help me, Rare these days - Thank you Sir!
