Of course, you know Publix sponsored the insurrection on January 6. When I use my Humana food card on any product, they charge me tax where at Walmart they don't. Another great Publix rip off so low income people stay away... And when you just get the sale items, the employees look at you like you're taking money out of their pocket Now... They ask you if you want your receipt or a bag! They must really be losing money. Go to Aldi and Walmart instead... The employees and products are wonderful.

I went in to get a flu shot, and they said they were busy and to come back tomorrow. They literally had a sign that said "get your flu shot" to try to encourage people, and then they turned me away.

I have no idea who the pharmacist was today but she was incredibly rude! I’ve filled the same prescriptions in the same pharmacy as well as other Publix pharmacies for years. However, today I called to ask if at least one could be filled sooner than later due to a migraine attack and was told yes, give us about 45 minutes. So I left work, went to the pharmacy instead of going home to grab the meds that I left behind, only to have this lady look at me and shrug her shoulders saying, “we’ll have to verify with with your doctor first”. I have refills, have had the refills renewed for quite some time and the computers will show, there should not be a question to that?!?Her reasoning, “you cannot take them at the same time”. To which I replied, “as I said before I just need ONE. Whichever one you can fill quicker. Although for the past 5 years or so I’ve filled them at the same time just to save a trip, no issues whatsoever!”As I stood there in pain she again shrugs her shoulders. To top it all off, my doctor closes at noon on Wednesdays (which I knew) so not only did she know this, she wasn’t even going to say anything about having to wait until tomorrow to “verify”!The young man at the counter was even perplexed and apologized but I immediately asked to cancel all prescriptions and sent them to another pharmacy. Our family will NOT go back there again! Absolutely ridiculous to go OUT of your way to be a j*****

This is where I used to shop when I still lived in the apartment complex next door. However, since I was in the area for something else I went in for a few things. It's pretty fair to say that they haven't really done much to it in the seven years I've lived here either.Since my list was limited, I found everything I needed to find. That's good because my dear cashier lady didn't ask if I found everything I was looking for today. Go figure...The bagger helped the lady in front of me out to her car, so Cashier Lady and I were left high and dry. Personally speaking I don't mind bagging my own stuff anyway. The way some of these people pack stuff is underwhelming to say the least. So it only took a moment for Cashier Lady (I wish U I took better note of her name) and I to perform that simple task so I could get out. That's exactly what I wanted to do anyway, as this Publix really shows its age. Honestly, most of the employees I noticed weren't the normal bunch of friendly helpful folks one usually notes "at a Publix near you."This store wasn't horribly stocked; shelves were not bare by any means (can U say WinnDixie?). There was more or less the same variety of stuff one would find in their bigger and newer stores. Finally, in the words of most Publix cashiers..."Did you find everything okay today?" I answer...uh, yeah. So far the favorite thing I found in there so far was the exit.

Most of the people who work in the pharmacy here are fantastic. However… there is one lady (not sure her name) who continually holds up my RX every time, even though she has been told countless times that yes, I indeed do want my medication each and every time my doctor sends it over. Once again this month it’s not ready for pick up even after calling to ask them to fill it. Yesterday, I get a voicemail asking if I want it. Yes, I want my medication. If you don’t want to deal with this type of headache to get yours Rx filled I HIGHLY recommend just go to another Publix, I’m currently working on switching and she is the reason why as no one else has been a problem.

Not helpful at all. Staff wasn't educated on the menu in the deli and when we asked to see a manager we were given no option. Everyone on the staff line was rude didn't even care about their job and were barely responsive. If this is how you run your department you might want to have a customer service meeting.

Went there to get my Covid booster with my husband . It was very fast and efficient process , no waiting time . The person (possibly the assistant pharmacy manager ?)who administered our shot had the best technique . Then we picked up some grocery. The cashier and staff were all friendly. We will definitely be back again.

I had a prescription sent over from urgent care for some bad hives from an allergic reaction. The prescription was sent over around 6pm and the urgent care closes at 7pm on Saturday’s. I understand that it takes some time to receive and fill the prescription so I was fine with waiting and I was told I’d receive a text once it was ready. It’s about 6:52 now and I call to check in to see if they’ve received the prescription. On the phone I was told that they did receive it, but the pharmacist was busy and wasn’t able to get to it within the 8 minutes before they closed. By 7pm the urgent care was already closed and I was unable to reach out to change pharmacies. So I am not too happy with the service I received and I wouldn’t recommend sending any prescriptions here at a later notice from the urgent care.

Asked to get a vaccine and I was told to wait 45 min because they were busy. I came back after 45 min and the clerk ignored me and kept taking other people. I asked how much longer would it be and she just said "we are busy and I don't want to ask the pharmacist" she then proceeded to ignore me as I waited another 30 min before I left and went elsewhere.

Andrew (Pharmacist), Maria & Irma are to be commended for their customer service and diligence to their customers!! The Publix pharmacy on Belcher/Sunset point wouldn't honor a goodrx coupon for my aunt who had a double hip replacement! They said the Pharmacist can decide to not take whatever coupon he chooses not to. The girls and Andrew on McMullen Booth made it happen and I am eternally grateful! Thank you for your kind service!!!
