The black cake was the inspiration and the white one was the product. My family accidentally messed up the top by the happy birthday but the whole cake turned out so pretty and spot on. It also tasted so good, it was my first time getting a cake from Publix and the girl helping me was so nice and helpful. I ended up wanting to change my flavor so I called and even the guy on the phone was sweet and didn’t give me a hard time or anything. 10/10 experience and good location.

When a different Publix messed up our custom, special occasion cake and could not remake it properly, this Publix bakery stepped up on the fly and remade our cake in under 30 minutes! The cake was perfect, and the staff amazing in helping us out. We have been getting our cakes from this store for decades, and will continue to as they are always fantastic! Thanks, NW Plaza Publix, for saving our special occasion from cake disaster!
