Walked in for fruit, couldnt find the oranges or mandarins whatever theyre called, they had pink oranges, i asked a worker who said he had them in the back, no wonder they were in the back, each bag was wet with an orange that exploded in every one!!! Needed raspberries also, didnt have any, i walked out.

Lots of selections @ good prices, w friendly & helpful staff! Only rating 4-stars bc this location typically seems louder inside (in part bc of muzak piped thru speakers) than other locations. The volume can b very distracting & painful to ppl sensitive to intolerable noise levels. I often wear ear plugs just to shop here.
Update this Publix is as busy and loud as it always has been. I still hav to wear ear plugs in @least my left ear to cut down on the noise in the store. Still a great location w friendly staff and they have great weekly & 3-wk adds w lots of BOGOs to get what you need. To recap, the store & staff r just as great here as they always are. If this store is in your neighborhood or perhaps near ur work commute etc, it's great grocery store location w super staff and competitive prices, depending on what you shop for most often. I will continue to keep rating @ 4 out of 5 stars - Only bc of the loud music they pipe throughout the store whenever I'm there to just get a couple things too.

Slowest deli out of any Publix I’ve ever been to. And it’s not just a one time thing, it’s all the time. Then one time they even sent me to the Publix on Missouri for a Boar’s Head sub because they were closing in 30 minutes and didn’t want to have to re-clean the slicers and the chicken wasn’t pre-sliced on hand. It’s gotten a little ridiculous.

I am highly disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I have been going here for quite some time. Due to the fact that the location is close to my home. However, moving forward, I will be avoiding the deli here as much as possible. I accidentally ordered sandwiches for pick up with the wrong date. And so 3 days later I headed to the store. These were already prepaid for . Earlier that day, I called the deli and a gentleman by I believe the name Kyle told me it would be OK for me to change the pick up time from the original 630 to 5 PM. I confirmed with him that he would be able to do this as the tickets apparently print out a few hours earlier and he stated he would note the time change. When I got to the deli at 5:17, I was told that the time had not been noted and the sandwiches were not ready. I then asked if they would be able to start the order to which they verbalized they could have them done within 10 to 15 minutes. At this point the staff already was making me feel as though I was an inconvenience as I watched the eyes roll and the negative feedback. Trying to be understanding, I said it was perfectly fine and I began to browse around for a while.Within the first 20 mins two of the three items were completed and my husband put them into our cart. Altogether it took forty five minutes for them to finally put the last item, a wrap, out. Instead of handing me the wrap, they walk straight over to the pick up area and throw it in there not saying anything such. As sorry for the delay. Hope you have a good evening, etc. I then find out, when we get home, from my husband who had been standing there the entire time, that he witnessed the staff members have a conversation in which one staff member asked the other if they should finish the last sandwich, to which the other staff member stated "Don't worry about it, we'll wait until she gets back, she's obviously not in much of a rush." The meat that appeared to have been prepared then sat for a good 15 to 20 minutes until I came back to the deli.Area and one of the staff members recognized that I had come back. Mind you, I was not particularly in a rush. However, I was exhausted considering I am a nurse. My husband is a CNA and the 2 of us had been worki'm almost non-stop since before during and after the hurricane that just hit. It is easy to presume that the staff obviously did not realize that he and I were together until I came back from browsing for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Once I did come back to the area. It then took another 20 minutes for them to get the wrap out to which it was thrown into the pick up area. And though myself and my husband were standing right there. We were not even recognized. Nobody said "sorry for waiting" or even " have a Good night", it was simply an expression of them being inconvenienced by us.
When I got home and of course, ate since I was starving and at this point what more could be done I noted that the wrap was completely thrown together, basically falling apart.The extra cheese that I had ordered was definitely not on it and my daughter's sub had some extra spice to it that was not ordered either.
Publix has always been known as a very high customer service company. I do hope that this review gets to somebody who is able to address the concerns that are apparent in the deli. I just happened to also notice that there is another review on here from 2 weeks ago with the same kind of concerns inregards to making people feel as though they are an inconvenience. If there are any questions in regards to more of a timeline to this incident , feel free to reach out to me. I am a Director of Quality Assurance at the nursing facility that I am employed at and I do know that sometimes human error can be made. But this particular incident seems to be much more of a issue than just a simple concern with a order.

What a disgrace! I made an online order at 9am that said it wouldn't be ready until 12noon and when I get there they tell me their order system is not working. This store is alwsys a problem.

The staff at the deli are so rude! And terrible at keeping anything stocked. You basically get told to screw yourself when you ask for anything hot beyond what’s already there and treated like huge inconvenience. I’d avoid if you’re able to and go to one of the many other locations in the area. It wouldn’t hurt to be a little nicer.
