First time here. Smaller Publix compared to others. I typically bypass Publix because there so pricey but it was okay for what I needed to get

Other than their bogo, almost everything else is overpriced.

Not the level of service I expect from Publix. I picked out a bouquet - they did not have any other similar variation of. It had a big and small broken flower in it. I asked the cashier if they could either replace the flower or remove it and they called over another employee (I assume manager.) Had to re-ask the question to this employee, as it seems it was above the cashier to explain the situation to their manager. Was advised they can't replace the flower, can't make similar bouquet, or discount it for removing part of the arrangement that is damaged. So I ended up paying the full price for 18, not 20 long stems.

Asian woman working the sandwich section stood talking to a guy about Bangkok while we waited on a line of 4 people for 35 minutes. 5 other employees in the cold cut section doing nothing. Another girl Alana (on her name tag ) took the whole 35 minutes to make 2 subs. Walked out without ordering. Horrible service . Don't recommend going there if you are in a rush

Slowest cashiers in the the area, probably in the history of Publix. Go here if you’re willing to waste your time. It should have a self checkout line if cashiers are going to be so slow paced.

The store itself is okay but the people who run the parking lot , pride security , are a joke. We didn't steal or do anything wrong and we're told to leave property and never come back by pride security. The lady sits in her car all day looking for homeless people to trespass.

Nice store. Displays are well organized and colorful. Very pleasing for the shopping experience. Produce section looks fresh. Cooler section offers a huge amount of merchandise. An employee greeted us when we were getting a shopping cart to use. Parking lot is well maintenance. End caps had some good prices. Pretty grocery store!

Smaller and friendlier than the usual big Publix supermarkets.

I had ordered baked chicken tenders for lunch. The meat was overcooked, hard, and chewy. I think I’m just gonna grab other food options in deli in this location from now on.

I can no longer shop at this Publix due to the high prices. On Christmas Eve, we picked up a few items we needed, and everything was significantly overpriced. One item alone cost $2.50 more than it would at another store. I know some might say, “Then shop somewhere else,” and I could, but I genuinely like Publix, just not enough to justify the prices. When I called to ask about price matching, I was told they don’t offer it. This shopping trip cost me $178, which was shocking considering how few items we bought. Additionally, whenever we try to buy chicken around dinner time, it’s usually sold out and we’re left waiting for the next batch. That process needs to be better organized because families rely on quick and convenient meal options. We have been coming to this Publix for years but unfortunately cannot continue to due to the over inflated prices.

The deli does not put on the items you pay extra for on your sandwiches. Asked for bacon added charged extra no bacon. Also the employee saw that I was there early & took longer to make my sandwich as well as not bringing it over when she was done she just walked off. Deserves 0 stars they robbed me of my money

I go to Publix 2 to 3 times a week to get a jerk chicken sub NOT TOASTED, I also worked at Publix for approximately 6 1/2 months as a deli clerk. I come to the store and I get charged over 10 bucks for a cold sub sandwich that was not toasted and I ended up having to stand in front of the store getting stared at and humiliated... Every time I go to this Publix or the Bellaire bluffs Publix I get discriminated against. But ONLY AFTER I blew the whistle of the illegal activities going on.
I called HR and corperate after waiting a half an hour with a disabled man having to STAND, we ended up having to leave ALL our groceries.. they were staring and gossiping about us... The line was RIDICULOUS. The policy changed overnight? I called HR and I called corperate and they told me that's not the policy after asking what we were getting, and for WHITNEY to call and speak to them to get it sorted out.
They put the wrong sticker on even the two cashier's said "yeah that's the wrong sticker". (I worked at Publix so I watched them closely). The deli clerk had DISGUSTING pants on, I asked for a manager FOUR TIMES. I KNOW it was discrimination. In the 45 min we waited for a sandwich to be made, not only did it make my brother late for work, but it HUMILIATED us. It doesn't take 45 min to toast a sandwich. Especially when we ordered jerk chicken (cold sub) and they put CHICKEN TENDER HOT on the slip. I can show over 20 receipts of getting an actual chicken tender sub with EBT. But that's not what we got. We got COLD CUT IN TOASTED! in ANOTHER sandwich, in every Publix I've been to, We get the cold tenders off the shelf and have it made that way, but today they didn't have them. Or anything else! It's not our fault they made a mistake in the deli.
Whitney, and Jeremy were ABSOLUTELY rude, sarcastic, and Whitney said "I'll gladly call corperate I ain't finna get in no trouble". I spoke to corporate, I called several Publix numbers including HR. They stared at us, whispered, we left. They said they didn't charge my card... But they DID!!!!!! AND WE LEFT ALLLL OUR GROCERIES THERE! I JUST CHECKED.
I am a social media influencer who wears a body camera for my content and this is going online!
This is all the proof I need that Publix is discriminating against me, blackballed me, and I have proof from that as well.
Goodbye Publix! Calling my attorney. I have EVERYTHING on camera.
The woman Whitney? When I said what number I called? She got EXTREMELY rude and I suggest looking at the cameras.
Jeremy and Whitney and THREE OTHER PEOPLE TOUCHING MY FOOD WITH NO GLOVES? THE DELI WAS SOOOOOOO CROWDED THE LINE WRAPPED AROUND! People cutting the line and arguing.... A woman waited 22 min for hotcase. That's unacceptable for Publix. ALSO NOBODY greeted us the entire time. The ten foot rule doesn't apply to Bellaire bluffs OR tri city.

Most definitely need to work on the deli
