On 2/20/25 10:35am Both Girls at registers are very rude act like they’re doing you a favor when they supposed to be doing A Job, which is customer service instead they give you a attitude when they have to do the job I politely ask the girl to exchange a product out, and she gave me this attitude and threw the product back on the desk as if I did something wrong for a customer to spend his money there that’s unacceptable . And I had a good mind give her my mind but I walked out won’t spend another penny there

Is it true that they stop serving alcohol past 12 midnight? I went to the front desk and the gentle there tonight snatched my wine from me and said unfortunately he can’t sell it because their liquor license doesn’t allow them to sell alcohol past 12. Firstly, it was pretty rude to watch me grab it from the fridge, wait until I approach and then take it from me. Secondly, I feel like he was watching me anyway expecting me to steal something. I just drove 4 hours to get here and decided to stop for snacks and wine. I was highly disappointed. Never returning, just due to the poor customer service.

Forget about buying anything inside the store. You got two people behind the cash register that are so slow that there's a line almost out the door. The place is only good for gas because you don't have to deal with their SLOW employees. In addition all of their JUUL Vape Liquid is old. They never update their inventory.

Sheesh. No hello..no thank you. Associates more interested in their cell phones than greeting and thanking customers. As a business owner in the area I will definitely tell my employees to go to Circle K.

They have those highly customer abusive Shell pumps that feature a huge touch screen. I am annoyed when I am forced to answer several questions before the pump will dispense gas. Nothing against a button that I could press to get a car wash or become a member of a club but don't make answering those questions mandatory. Worse: those touch screens don't usually accept my finger at the first 5-10 attempts. It always takes several minutes to finally get gas. Even worse: Being already aggravated, the pump showered me with commercials.
What if I walk in to pay cash and after every $5 I play a commercial the clerk has to watch before I hand him the next bill? What if I get in line at the register with a ghetto blaster to blast commercials? At some point I will come up with a sensible stunt that makes it clear how I feel about these pumps without making me look like a jerk. Until then you might see a guy screaming at one of those pumps in utter frustration.
