I was in the bathroom and someone started knocking, that's okay but I'm mute which means I don't speak, this is a one stall bathroom so I had the door locked as anyone would and she knocked multiple times using curse words such as the f word and saying " oh my god common", I had started having anxiety and texted my boyfriend to see who it was and it turned out to be a worker, she had also said that she was waiting there for 10 minutes yet she first knocked at 10:30 and I had walked out by 10:33, I don't want to say it was harassment but I have autism and my cat passed yesterday so I in no means can handle a rude worker especially while I'm having a medical flare-up and I'm 10 miles away from my house.

This has been a long time coming... and the only reason I did not get around to it sooner is because I was locked out of my Google account, but now I'm back with a vengeance, baby!Anywho! Let's get into!First and foremost, the store is FULL of felons. Not exactly a bad thing if said felons were ALL rehabilitating themselves either through means of the court or means of their own. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The store used to be owned by a man who sold the store to another man and insisted that the employees keep their jobs. He insisted on this because the majority of the employees live in the previous store owners' properties. He's a slum lord, by the way. A woman who lived in one of those homes was threatened with an eviction after she simply informed the duplex owner of a bad water heater. I saw the date of installation on the water heater myself, with my own two eyes, up close and personal, and it read "2010"...Not to mention the other duplexes infested with roaches, black mold, prescription drug sales, and beer cans littered throughout. It's a disgusting mess. It really is.The store itself is managed by a woman who was supposed to be clean from methamphetamine but she is now dirty once again, which would explain her erratic behavior and inability to control her employees. Speaking of her employees, anyone and everyone who's ever frequented the Rally knows who Jerome is. And if you don't know him, you can't miss him. He's a big, angry drunk. He takes naps of the clock and steals beer out of the beer fridges even after alcohol is no longer to be sold in Pinellas County. When I told local law enforcement about this, they said it was a conversation to be had with management, yet the manager knows about it and does nothing. Why? Is it because she knows she'll lose her job? Is it because she's worried Jerome will go to prison? Is it because the store will lose their license to sell beer? Who knows, I sure don't.All I know is what I have observed. What I have observed on more than one occasion was Jerome counting the cans that were missing. He often shows up late to work because it takes him an entire day to sleep and prepare himself for an 8 hour shift since he is in fact an alcoholic and openly admits it, and gets the shakes without his booze.I did my best to bring all of this to the attention of the owner. However, the store manager did all that she could to prevent me from getting anywhere near him. Knowing that I would quickly and without prejudice, throw her under the bus. What really makes no sense to me is the fact that the owner and his son allow two or three employees to lock all the doors during shift change. Creating animosity between store and consumer, as potential patrons are left without fuel and without their beer or snacks or lotto tickets or hot food and coffee. This process takes nearly 30 minutes for them to complete. If you do the math, which I've done many times, call it a cost assessment or analysis; the store loses thousands of dollars a year because of this process that was never a store policy in the first place.I used to love this store. Now, I go to different gas stations no matter how inconvenient. They like to brag about being the only store open 24/7 in the area, yet the Circle K near Gandy is also 24/7, way cleaner, better stocked, and a lot less full of felons.✌️ ❤️ ?

I came to this store to purchase some lotto tickets. I walk up to the counter and say good morning with a smile and then the employee Santine looked at me with a stank look so I was like okay. I then ask her for a scratch off and powerball. She then says 2 powerball and what else and I literally was pointing to the scratch off case but because she hates her job she wasn’t listening and proceeded to just be rude the whole time and printed a cash for life qp instead of a scratch off. Then she wanted to roll her eyes when I said I told her a scratch off. At that point I was so uncomfortable that I just paid for the QP and left. Literally just because you are having a bad morning or maybe you are like that all the time , doesn’t mean that you should reflect that on customers ! You are so rude and from reading the reviews most of the employees are like this ! Do better and quit being rude and looking at people like you do! It’s common courtesy when someone says hi or good morning you should be polite. Very disgusted with the way this store treats others! Lose your attitude. One day someone is going to put you in your place and give it right back to you!

Recent visits to buy a veggie wrap was good until today. The lady making food today has no customer service capabilities. As I waited my turn, she asked me did I want something,( that's why I'm here). Then proceeded to make my wrap. That literally all she said. No thank you.. no how may I help you. Just a bad taste all-around
