I ordered some fried calamari as a starter and they weren't bad, but I feel like they were very greasy. The main course was a Grilled Lobster Shrimp and Salmon, the flavor was good, but the presentation of the dish looked a bit showy. My waitress Ciara was excellent, very attentive and friendly. For her I give 100%

Bonnie gave us amazing service l. This is the second time I've had her as a server and everything was great! Of your dining ask for Bonnie tell her Ihisha sent you! Very pleasant and hospitable.

Once again Bonnie did it again! Amazing service, very professional and prompt. My husband and I had her as a server about a month ago and I had to ask for her again as a friend and I were having a girls night out!! Thank you Bonnie! Great service, very hospitalable.

The food was delicious especially their butter biscuits yummy!!!! services were sufficient, prices reasonable, menu too busy. lots of parking spots, unfortunately the atmosphere was too dark & felt boring.

Jeffrey was our waiter. We have not experienced customer service that well in so long! He was very attentive so nice to the kids and friendly. The smallest things that we had asked for he did without hesitation one of the best waiters we have had in a very very long time!

We always come to this red lobster every year as a tradition for my brothers birthday, but after tonight we will never be back. Three of us at the table ordered surf and turf, and we all requested an upgrade on the steak to a filet instead of the original sirloin. When the food arrived we realized that two out of the three steaks were sirloins, and not filets. We had decided not to make a fuss and just eat the sirloin, but flagged down our waitress to communicate the mix up and to ensure we weren’t charged for a filet. She apologized and said she would have it taken care of. At the end of our meal after everyone at the table had finished their food the manager stopped by our table and then told us she spoke with the chefs and that we did receive filets, and that we were wrong. We couldn’t show her the steaks as we had already eaten them, and were quite confused as we had already told the waitress about the issue and thought it was resolved. A filet is a 7 dollar up charge, so 14 dollars were to be paid for two filets we never received. Then the manager said she was sorry and offered a desert on them for the birthday boy, which we agreed to as we were tired and didn’t want to deal with the issue anymore. Then the check comes, and not only were we still charged for three filets, but the desert was not comped and we still had to pay for the desert- one we wouldn’t of ordered if we had known we were paying for it. Irritated and tired we payed the bill and left, but the behavior of the management during this ordeal was horrible. Our waitress was amazing and gave us amazing service, but the manager was a mess and did nothing to resolve the situation, she simply just kept making it worse. She told us she was the general manager, didn’t catch her name, but i wish she had never involved herself as we would have been fine without someone who can’t communicate with their staff trying to resolve a problem.

Two of us enjoyed our delicious meals of Stuffed Flounder and "Shrimp Your Way." But first, we enjoyed a Lobster dip appetizer and a basket of cheddar Bay biscuits, so we ended up taking some of our entrees home with us. But they tasted just as good for lunch the next day.

Holy terrible! Took my Mom here this afternoon as she wanted fish. The place is looking rather rough. Run down, tired, and old.None the less, We both ordered fish & chips as our meal and iced tea to drink.Service was rather stumped. She brought 1 tea out at a time and no butter with the rolls. We had to ask for it. Tea was never refilled or even offered to be refilled. And it wasn't fresh either.Our meals came and the cole slaw was spoiled! Not just a wee bit sour, actually spoiled!Like they've been leaving it out on the line all night then sticking it in the fridge and serving it again the next day, probably even 3 or 4 days. It was seriously spoiled! So much so that it reeked just sitting there!I had placed a to-go order as well for my husband since he was not with us. (Early dinner as we were there for my Mother.)I called the waitress and let her know the cole slaw was spoiled. I asked if we could substitute my husband's cole slaw for a salad. She didn't know if they could do that. So I asked to speak to the manager. (I'm not a Karen, I promise)The manager came and I explained it all over again and asked to substitute the cole slaw for a salad. This so called "manager" actually said to me she couldn't do that because she didn't know how to change it out in the computer! (Freaking, really?!)I canceled the to-go order and we got out of there.I'll never go back again.Stick to the Mom & Pop shops. Anytime it's a chain restaurant it's going to be terrible. The employees really don't give a rat's whisker if your food or experience there is good.They just want a paycheck. Including the so called "manager."

For me, Red Lobster is always great. However, the one thing that was off putting happened when I first arrived. It was disheartening to have been made feel I was committing a crime for asking to sit in the bar dining area, by a dour looking older woman with an equally disagreeable attitude, who made me feel, initially, like I had made a mistake! Everything changed though, when the cheerful server came over and delivered my wonderful margaritas and meal. All's well that end's well❣️

All I can say is "Lobster, Lobster" & more. Red Lobster delivered on their Lobsterfest, both Maine & Caribbean tails were a good size, fresh, hot and delicious plus Shrimp Lobster Alfredo to round it off. Hopefully we'll make it back before it's gone.
