Refuse to give me money orders through the drive-through, but lobby was closed because it takes too long to do them will be closing my account with Regions. There are some people who work late and cannot get there until after four and to deny me all money orders for my rent is ridiculous. I understand if there was a line, but it was completely empty. Mind you I have been with Regions for over 10 years now, great job regions Thanks for the great customer service

I have had both a business and personal account at this bank for approximately 10 years with a personal account of approximately $300,000. And a business account of approximately $500,000. And as a courtesy they have been comping my safety box fee. As a new manager came ( she was later transferred to the South Ft. branch ) she refused to take care of the box rental so I removed approximately $270,000- cancelled a checking account- and I am searching for another alternative for the $500,000.- expensive customer service failure on Regions part.

Regions Bank offers a great service to the community. They also do a great job finding staff that is both knowledgeable and helpful. I prefer to bank with regions bank because of my delaings with Chris Cook-Maziarski. She is just the best

Never had a problem with Regions over the years. Lately, they notified me of someone who attempted to use my charge card at 3 am to charge an item, and they rejected it, Then, sent me a new card to prevent future charges.
