Unprofessional and rude.
One lady when I came in was nice and gave me water, I'll admit that.
However, A lady believe Ann who " helped" me was the issue. When I came in to open an business and person account, I could immediately tell she judged me and thought I'm some fly by night operation. My apologies, the men that built and build this world get dirty, not sit behind a desk.
She wouldn't open up a bank account because the state of Florida is stupid and didn't change my address. I even photo copied my check and information update form before I sent it to the Florida department of revenue just in case to cover my butt. I'm glade I did. She was of zero help and wanted to blame me! I did my part. But I know it's easier signing the back of checks instead of the front of them.
I'm glad this happened, this is the bank closes to my house and Id hate to find this out after I opened up a bank account here that they are useless and judgemental! That's fine, I have a credit card through them and since the ATMs suck at taking cash with more than one money item and they want to act like I'm a liar. I'm not going to pay them.

My children have three savings account at the Clearwater branch off of Belcher Road. My daughter collected coins and My father went to the bank to exchange it for bills. My daughter ended up, leaving crying Patrick one of the tellers was rude to this minor little girl stating that next time she has to go to a different branch, they won’t do it without her account number. My dad provided Social Security numbers and they still gave him a hard time and my daughter too bad. The bank is closed now first thing tomorrow morning. I am yanking my children’s savings from this Bank. What happened to customer service and being kind to kids especially ones that want to learn about banking.

The lady there took almost thirty minutes for only three deposits and some change and I just watched Move one paper to another and she was just wasting my time. She was doing it on purpose. I can tell and I can almost drove off for a little getting about my change and everything so long she took. I don't recommend coming here and it's not worth the time because they'll just take way too long.

If zero stars was an option they should be awarded that trophy. I deposited 14k in 2 separate checks. One was from another bank and the other was from one of my accounts… the check cleared from my other bank that night… they held on to my money for past the hold period that was stated. They lied and said they would call my bank to verify and clear something. They cleared 225 dollars when it was opened and nothing else…During the process of opening the account they also would not return my deposit after I saw them fumbling to give me access to my online account….They said after 15 minutes they can’t reverse a deposit…Absolute criminals…what is this? the dope is sold when the money folds? Do Not Bank Here!!!!! The branch manager and her assistant were polite but if you steal my money even when I show you the account it came from with check from my other account they should have cleared something. They then charged me 10 dollars for a cashiers check so I could empty the account and find a real bank that can operate professionally.

Well I was looking at the reviews I am assuming some bad experience people had. I really love banking with Regions there is no gimmicks I feel appreciate by all the bank employees they are old fashioned bank and I like it no robots like Chase bank. The interest rates on Savings account could be better.

Neverending fees, rude tellers, and you'll make more interest loaning the money to your neighbor. Worst bank in Clearwater by far.

Well deposited money at the ATM today ATM ate it now I have to wait on my money which is goin to over draft my account. They knew there was a problem with ATM and they still have it open. This branch is the worst of any regions. I will be closing my account after this. Oh yes and the manger could have cared less. I have had this account for over 30 yrs. Well today all my money was returned thanks to Pam . Thank you very much for caring

I opened a checking and money market account for my mother's trust. The process was a little more complicated because it was for a trust, but Caitlyn and Ann went above and beyond to make sure all the t's were crossed and all the i's dotted. They were both courteous, professional and attentive to my banking needs. I was very satisfied with the service they provided.

This branch truly provides consistently bad service. I dread having to go through the drive-thru here.The employees are rude, un-trained, incompetent, very incompetent (sometimes it takes them about 15-20 minutes to do a simple check deposit), they make up their own policies, and they have a snotty attitude. Sometimes they DEMAND my ID, sometimes they don't, and sometimes they make me sign slips, and sometimes they don't. Depends what mood they're in.The worst is the elderly African-American lady.. she's the absolute slowest. Automatic 20 minute drive-thru wait with that one. Even when just depositing one check.The general vibe at Regions bank lately seems to be that the customer is there to service the incompetent tellers. Apparently we work for you, and not the other way around.What a horrible banking experience. And it gets consistently worse as the weeks and months go by. If I didn't have so many accounts with your bank, and if it wasn't such a pain in the rear to change banks, I would leave Regions and go with a different bank. 13+ year customer.

The man at the drive thru tonight was incredibly rude. Treated us like such an inconvenience. Couldn’t wait to get rid of us. He never did help us. He says he has never seen an emailed then printed check before, but it’s a thing, and has been a thing for a while. So he either lives under a rock or just didn’t want to help us, which I assume the latter bc he was rushing to answer my questions so fast that including even get sentence out. I understand there are rules and policies, but as non members, I don’t know what they are and he pointed to a sign and said “i mean, it says right there that I can’t help you today. Come back tomorrow”.

Tina and Bianca are very helpful, (the other ladies their have been helpful as well, I just can’t remember their names!) especially with my questions and any isssues I have with my 2 accounts I have there. Thankyou for the great customer service! Me and my parents have been banking here since I was young and I’m 30 now, so over 10years I believe. Highly recommend this bank!

I can't speak for others but regions has always treated me well. This location was super friendly and helped me out of a real big jam when I needed it. Compared to the way they treat you at some other banks, I'll be a customer for life.

Seriously sooooo over this bank, they’ve done nothing but hit my business with astronomical fees to the sum of over THOUSANDS in just months, mainly these fees come from “overdraft or insufficient funds” however it’s only really bc they CONSTANTLY put holds on my checks from the same employer for over 6 months. So I’m getting hit with fee after fee when I’m all reality the money is actually there and the “holds” are strictly up to a branch manager to release and even when asked to release them for the sake of rubbing my business smoothly I’ve been denied time after time my own money. I’ve had bankers tell me there will be no hold on my checks on a Friday deposit and come Monday be told the complete opposite. I’ve had funds held for over 2 weeks at a time! I’ve had disputes for large charges go on for over three weeks time just to be denied by my own bank?! These guys really are THE WORSE BANKING INSTITUTION AROUND! Tamika the phone representative today told me after an hour on hold that she cannot find or populate my account even with all my pertinent information that has never been an issue before, she also told me I could not speak to a supervisor as there was not one readily available, great no supervision for someone that clearly did not know how to do her job and on top of it told me I could not hold on the line until one was available and instead made me stop my day to go drive to a branch where I received equally uninterested sub-par service about my on-going dispute where I was promised a phone call that NEVER HAPPENED. All in all I’ve put well over 250,000.00 in that account in the past 6 months and I’ve been treated like garbage the whole entire time. Now it’s time to standup and say no more, I will be closing my account bc even this review will do nothing to help me and my business no one there cares and nothing will change, however I hope this review truly helps a new or struggling business make the right decision to NOT USE REGIONS PERIOD. I WONDER WHAT TOMRROW’S POOR EXCUSE ILL GET AS I CANNOT EVEN CONTINUE TO RUN MY BUSINESS WITH MONEY CONSTANTLY OUT OF REACH WITH NO HELP IN GETTING IT. You guys seriously are the epitome of horrible service and high fees, the reason people don’t like banks and bankers are bc of businesses like you! Seriously deserve no stars. I truly hope this review can save someone from what I’ve had to endure an extremely stressful, unprofessional institution.
