I recently had the pleasure of using Rite Touch Glass LLC services for a car window replacement, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. Firstly, their customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in ensuring my satisfaction. With having a replacement and chip repair through them, I am very pleased with them. Thanks again!

Absolutely amazing staff and employees! Incredibly friendly and did an amazing job on my windshield replacement and a repair to my windshield! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a repair or windshield replacement!

Josh was great installing the windshield and the office was also great helping me work with my insurance. It was very convenient having them come to me so I didn't have to take time off work. Great experience overall.

I recently had my lexus' sunroof replaced by Rite Touch Glass. There were 2 people doing the repair and they were excellent. I only know one was Josh. Not sure of the other person's name since I wasn't there for the repair. My vehicle was spotless and my sunroof was repaired professionally. These 2 individuals went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

I have an older truck that has had some issues with leaking around the back slider window. They repaired 2 separate issues in no time flat. I thought I’d need a new back window, but they identified much easier fixes both times, and were more than reasonably priced. Happy that there’s no more water in my truck. Thanks again!

STAY AWAY!!!!! I was appalled following my recent encounter(s) with the receptionist, Kathy. In reaching out initially via telephone, I was told that I would need to have the electronics recalibrated once the windshield was replaced, then after a pause she said, “I just found out that Ford just changed that, and their windshield will automatically recalibrate with the new glass, so you don’t need to do that after all”. Ok, great…it’s a 2018 vehicle, but perhaps Kathy is relatively new at her job, so whatever. I then asked what the upcharge would be if I wanted an OEM windshield. Kathy said that she did not know exactly but would “check into that and hear right back from me.” I did not hear “right back” by that evening, so I called that evening (afterhours) and left a voicemail, again requesting the information. After no return call, I called back two days later (the second telephone contact now) and was castigated by the incredibly rude receptionist—once again, “Kathy”—who interrupted my every response, scolding me that she had “spoken with me several times now” regarding this issue, but then in her overbearing conversation changed her story that in fact, she spoke “to my wife who approved the up-charge and ordering of an OEM windshield!”. Nothing could be further from the truth, as “Kathy” does not have my wife’s phone number, and if she did, my wife did not know anything about my windshield and has not spoken to ANYONE at Rite Touch Glass regarding this issue. WE HAVE TELEPHONE RECORDS PEOPLE! If I knew what the charges would be, why would I be wasting my time leaving an afterhours message making the same query??? The receptionist Kathy’s lack of professionalism, self-righteousness, rudeness, interruptions, and accusations of me lying were enough to steer me away from this grease fire. Their actual work may be impeccable, but the outright abusive responses and doubling down on outright lies to me as a consumer simply requesting information was well beyond what anyone would tolerate. If this is the best image they put forth, I certainly will not entrust them to work on my vehicle. Business owners, be aware of the image your reception staff is giving your operation! There are many other businesses which will happily offer you more professional—and certainly less abusive treatment--than this outfit.Addendum: Your response is inflammatory, untruthful, and simply an attempt to sanitize your Google review. Since this issue revolves about the alleged phone conversation with my wife, I challenge you to call her for resolution. We both know this will not happen, just as the original phone call you assert never happened. If she does receive a call, then I will amend my review accordingly. This will in fact reveal who is truthful in their review.Since you assert and reference notes to a conversation you supposedly had with my wife, I would think that a fair, objective, and professionally ethical business owner would want to reach out directly to the individual implicated in this matter for resolution.We await your call...but then again, you never had the contact information to make any calls to her in the first place!

Josh and Tony came out to install my new windshield this afternoon! They were quick, efficient, and respectful. They soared through the install working effortlessly as a team. Both Josh and Tony explained the process and then hopped right to it! All my questions were answered. Thanks guys.10/10 would recommend Rite Touch Glass!

The team at Rite Touch is amazing. As a realtor I need to have trusted trades to confidently review my clients to. Rite Touch is, and will always be the one I use for glass.They have installed my personal shower enclosure as well. Professional and highly knowledgeable!

Wish I could leave zero stars. Do not trust this company. Do yourself a favor and go with a more well known company with better warranty coverage.I had to get my glass replaced AGAIN. They reinstalled my windshield wipers wrong which caused even more problems.They definitely overcharge. I got a quote from SafeLite for $400 less than what these guys are charging. Not to mention they leave your car a dirty mess after they replace the glass.Worst mistake I’ve ever made to trust them. Absolutely disappointing. Highly recommend you save yourself the trouble.
