I had purchased an alignment and tire rotation through Groupon. When I arrived to my appointment, the staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to get me in and out within 30 minutes. When it came to checking out, there were some issues with my Groupon code. Montaque was very understanding. He was compassionate and offered to help me out. I would like to specifically highlight Montaque’s customer service because he truly went above and beyond to help me. Thank you again!!

I had to return my rims and tires due to loss of income. When they put back on my original tires, both my front tires were damaged and went flat. I can see the visible damage in the tires

This is my second time at RNR. Had a great experience both times. I was greeted and got in quickly. Inspection/work done quickly as well. Prices seem fair/reasonable. Thanks Colby and Craig! Will definitely use RNR again.

ACE was very nice and helped me fix a flat. Service was super quick and he mad sure I was in and out quick. I was able to fix my flat on a lunch break. I'll definitely come back here for any tire and rim sales and service. Thanks again to the whole crew getting me back on the road fast.

All the workers were courteous, but the service’s quality was not good, first was a misunderstanding about provide all the package services included when you buy two tires; they did the alignment after I asked for it, then , ready to go I saw the sensors view were removed from my screen dashboard, that without solution for fixed, even when the technician trying, finally I decided verify by myself the pressure tires and they had differences, the 2 news at front had one measure different with the others 2 on the back. So make sure as customer be specific about what you need and receive. For the workers be better trained about the services providing , sell the services is not the main concern, it is the quality of the services.
