This store is one of the worst not because of the products but because of the management and some staff they have a terrible attitude I don't want to shop here anymore I prefer Burlington next door.

Went here with my family and my grandmother today Saturday September 21st,2024 saw a few items a different Ross . Not a lot of inventory or Halloween stuff . Mens had virtually no underwear/ socks department. Very disappointing we did get something. The nice guy gave my sister a discount on a shirt she brought. Much of the stores had stuff all over the place. Not a lot of sizes small in men's or a lot to choose from in general.

The old lady working near the fitting room is very rude

An elderly woman near the fitting room where the toilet is located asked me to leave my personal bag with her before I went to the toilet. I will not leave my personal things with anyone. I was ready to call the police because of her request

Lately it seems I find better deals at Burlington. The prices are a bit higher and the discount rack ain't much of a deal,I used to love Ross but now mt go to is Burlington

Horrible little girl working the register. Definitely needs some managing. But I don't think they really care. Low prices, get the customer in and out is their motto. Customer service is on the back burner for this company. That's a shame.
