Tends to be a nicer store than most. It's a smaller location but not as hectic and messy as the big locations. They usually all have the same stuff.

Went in on Monday and there was one person working the cash registers and nobody handling fitting rooms just the 2 in the front, lines for the fitting rooms and register were like 5-7 ppl and it took ridiculously long.

The staff aren't very kind nor helpful.
I personally asked 3 different staff members to scan an item. All responded with "the price on the sticker is the price.
Most of those who've shopped with Ross or any store know that that's not always true, especially once an item is marked down. Nevertheless, I bought nothing!

02/20/24 My experience was horrible,because I was in the make shift fitting rooms in the front of the store, the regular fitting rooms were closed, trying on my clothes when an employee knocked very hard on the door which scared me and caused a panic attack. Once outside, I asked for the manager and she didn't accept that it can be done in another way and did not apologize. Basically shrugged her shoulders and was like oh well.

You can see my review for the other ross I visited. Essentially this is just a less put together Marshalls. They have plenty of discount clothing and home goods plus toys. That is why I was going there...because I heard they sometimes get some star wars items. Unfortunately this trip was unsuccessful. Perhaps in the future the ross' around here will carry more star wars stuff.
