Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, FL, is a beautiful and well-designed venue founded in 1977 and opened in 1983. Covering 73,000 square feet, it features a 2,180-seat auditorium, the Murray Theatre with 250 seats, the Marcia P. Hoffman School of the Arts with classrooms and studios, and a banquet facility. The venue, built by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, offers great views from all seats and has a friendly, courteous staff. Visitors enjoy attending concerts and shows like Dancing With the Stars tour, though some find issues with parking and noise from other guests. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, but there is some concern about sound quality inside the theater, as reverberation can make it hard to understand the performances. Additionally, some guests wish for a center aisle to ease access and better control over noise levels during shows. Overall, Ruth Eckerd Hall is a popular, beautiful place to enjoy live performances.
No place to dance. We've seen several amazing concerts at Ruth Eckerd but you're pretty much stuck in your theater style chairs. How can you watch a Bee Gees band and stay seated? It's a lovely place with expensive drinks and wonderful shows.

Beautiful venue. I just wish they had a center isle, so you didn't have to squeeze through a ton of people to get to your seats. Speaking of seats, they are all great views.

The show was incredible, however , I do not recommend the dining package or the fast food section! Extremely disappointing. Dine at your favorite restaurant before the show or dine at home.
