Yesterday I was at the Clearwater store while waiting for my son, my glasses and the lady there with with the colored hair behind the counter working yesterday between 11:00 and 12:00 was awesome outstanding. Super helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember her name

Brianna was a very good associate. She treated me with kindness, was efficient and effective. I highly recommend asking for her if her need in need of help when you go to the store. I also witnessed her help another customer and she did a fantastic job with her.

Sally Beauty brings discount prices to the professionals and small businesses and brings professional products at a great price to the masses. So excited to find some great shampoo on the clearance section and several professional products to improve my hair quality.
Yes I got my discount on my discount card.
Employees were attentive to everyone today.

No restroom, the nearest restroom is in another store, 2 stores down.

This is one of my favorite Sally's Beauty locations. And the biggest reasons? The store's cleanliness, the selection and amount of consistenty well stocked products and the associates. The staff at this location are almost always helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful- which isn't always the case at Sally's and other beauty supply chain stores. So it's nice to have staff who gives you some breathing room when you're casually browsing but is also there, and ready to help, when you have questions. As a cosmetologist, I usually know what I need in advance but sometimes I need help finding a certain product or something that is similar. And I've had associates who were absolute Bs and acted like I was interrupting them during a swedish massage-but never at this store. I also love that it's in Clearwater mall-which means it's next to Target, Starbucks, Ross, Costco, Panera, Burlington, Lowe's and more, so the location is awesome.

I walked in to this Sally’s to purchase a hair product that wasn’t available on the shelf Marcia took the time to go above and beyond with her customer service to look up the product at the next closest Sally’s to me. And gave me her best recommendations. I will definitely back to this location for my future beauty product needs and hopefully that amazing customer service I experienced. Thanks again Marcia!

Not open at opening time which is a huge inconvenience when I need to get products for work. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone between 10:15 and 10:30 and they are NOT open. Either change the hours or open please!

I am so disappointed in the work group at this store. THEY NEVER OPEN THE STORE ON TIME!! Exclusively on Sundays, I have had to wait up to an hour to be attended to, some professionals are racing against time, sometimes we need urgent products!! and if you open the store late and serve late... then we all arrive and do everything late!! They must be careful! Customers like me have to drive 20 minutes by car to get to this store. ??????

I wanted everyone to know how wonderful Marcia the new manager is. She's nothing like these other reviews dictate. She's very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, kind and will take the time to help you with your needs.Her staff is just as knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to set you up for hair success.Everything I ever need is in stock.Do yourself a favor and visit this store today to meet your hair expectations.
