I have rented from U-Haul for Trucks and storage several times over the last 23 years. I have been renting from U-Haul Sunset Point & Hwy 19 N, this time for over a year now. Their staff is great, kind and friendly. Their storage facility is well kept and safe. I highly recommend for Truck and storage rental.

They had everything we needed, be 100% sure to inspect every inch of your rental..if the damage is not noted you may be held responsible for it..the per mile charge is higher than the national average..even a short 60 mile trip will cost close to $125..their trucks less than 10 mpg even with Ole grandpa driving. No military discount which would have been nice

My first rental at this location. My customer service person was Diana. Diana was exceptionally kind, respectful, and took all steps to make sure I was taken care of at her counter, and even took me to my rental trailer a 6X12 enclosed unit. Diana even took her time to hook up the trailer to my F-150 truck, making sure all lights, brakes, and hitch was installed properly.Diana was truly an outstanding customer service Rep, and that is represented by my 5 ⭐, in this review. Thanking you Diana!!
