“I came to this exact location Public Storage in February 2024 anxious, in a panic, and completely blind to renting a storage place ever. Myrtle was the precious soul to assist and calm my worries. She was so wonderful with me and the situation I was in in having to find a place to store all my belongings from the home I had just moved from. She was perfectly professional and explained all information in a way I was able to recieve it. After it was all said and done with two units for me to load my life in but since this day these two ladies here at highland public storage have become my friends. They always greet me and my kids with a wave and a smile. Every day we share words of gentle conversation. These two woman I look forward to seeing when I have to go to my unit. I am so greatful and appreciative for the big things and the little things they provide for me and my family and out tangible belongings. They are always keeping the grounds clean and tidy. They are personable and care for each client and the comfort they are in or not in. I would recommend this location and company to anyone who is in need to place their things in storage. “First day of my move I havent moved in just yet (long story) but so far and from past experience with public storage they are A1 top teir. Theyre easy to book a unit and even more easy to deal with when there are issues. I just spoke with melissa on the phone because I had a question about the location of the unit. I store a bike when I book them when im on jobs so this isnt my first rodeo. And she not only ensured me it was an outside unit because I wasnt sure from the map. She actualy went and looked and called me back and confirmed it is an outside unit. She honestly didnt have to do that but she did. Big kudos to her and the public storage company as a whole. The only issue i have with public storage and I understand it to keep people from living in the units is there are hours of access to your unit. Which keeps me from accessing my bike at 2 am for a night ride. Other then that anyone needed a unit should come here and if lucky enough have the pleasure of meeting melissa as i have.”

“What can I say, the Prices are low, the Facility is clean & staff is Great!!Today is about 3 months or so after that last review. Unfortunately, I do not have anything nice to say except yhe same as above HOWEVER, I went to my unit today with the thought that I could put in there was the stuff I loaded my truck with. NOT. I get there. Nice woman behind the counter, I go to look for one of those flat dolleys I can unload my truck and wheel everything in ( water too much to carry one piece at a time + too heavy). There is only 1 to be found. This one dolley was sitting next to this woman who was going through her unit piece by piece. Not box by box. The boxes were opened. I sat & waited 30 min. She was no further along then when I got there. ONLY 1 FLAT DOLLEY!!!! DONT GO THERE WHEN THERE'S SOMEONE ELSE IN THE PARKING LOT! YOU'LL BE WAITING ALL DAY!!!!”
