“I went to go check this place out like millions of Americans I need storage. I found them online spoke to a phone rep Brittany super polite and kind. She made an appointment told me who I would be meeting. Jake at the facillity called to. Confirm and I went early on the phone I asked about disable parking and explained how my day was going. Jake said if you need help whike your here Visiting I'LL HELP. WOW that never happens. He took extra care to find a unit that was close to elevators. Wow thoughtful. We got back to the officd he went over the ABC's of storage. Insurance, pre pay discounts. Month to month prices, sizes of units, I must admit I never knew any of this. He jotted down some notes and I knew knew I had to share how much I learned about storage. They have climate controll and non climate controll. They had different locks it was quite the appointment. Now I need to figure out exactly what I need. Oh they even sell insurance the contents. They have Solar panels on the roofs. Industrial elevators and flat beds to transport items. '”

“I rented a unit from here completely on the app. When I got to the Storage, my lock was already in there and my welcome packet was ready to go. The app is super cool because you can open up all the doors Remotely instead of having to use the keypad. The staff is very nice and, for a climate controlled unit, they have the best price in town! Also, this place is clean, like I would eat food off the floor clean.”

“So far everything is great. I locked in 2 years at the same rate, my unit is clean and even the roof is insulated. The unit is advertised as a 9' x 30' and at first was told the door was 9' and the inside was 10' but true space is 9' x 29'. I'm moving from Public Storage who has gotten ridiculous in their price where I blame they are corporate CA company and I'm in FL.”

“Amazing customer service. Each person is interacted with on the telephone and in person were kind and professional (1st call: Michael, follow up courtesy call from Missy, call & in person meeting with the location's property manager). It is so rare these days to have great customer service. The units itself and property needs work but for short term, it is not bad. The service makes up for the lack of renovations/upkeep.”
