“I can’t say enough nice things about your staff at your location on S Belcher in Largo FL. Both people I’ve dealt with (the manager- her name escapes me-and Logan are over-the-top professional and accommodating. They represent Extra Space Storage very well. I had a conflict in being able to move out of a smaller unit into a larger one, and they gladly extended my move-out another 24 hours. You have a team you can be proud of at this location.”
“This is THE best storage experiene my Husband and I ever had. Rex, the Manager runs this place right! Rex is awesome! Rex is very professional, courteous, and he seems like a really down to earth guy. Our check-in was flawless. Everything we needed was texted to us so we could go straight to our unit. Rex even introduced himself to us at the loading area and asked if we needed anything. We stopped in another day with some questions, and Rex went out of his way to answer everything. I even just got off the phone with him to ask another question, and once again he was so thorough. This really helped us with making our plans. This is a truly stellar experience! Thanks Rex!”

“Rented here for about a year. Very happy with the service and the friendly staff. I really liked using the gate remote and suggest it for people that go in and out often. It was well worth the $5 a month.
I only left to find a larger workshop that better met my needs. I would return and rent here again if my needs changed.”

If I could give more than five stars, I would! From the moment I arrived with a U-Haul packed to the brim, Tina greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made the entire experience stress-free. She took the time to walk me through several climate-controlled unit options, all priced significantly better than the big national storage chains. Seriously, the value here is unbeatable.
But what truly set this place apart, was Tina’s exceptional customer service. She didn’t just help me choose the right unit, she went above and beyond by making the move-in process smooth and easy, providing dollies, tools, and advice when I needed it. Most of the people are nice and there is a lot of discipline with cleaning, sanitation of each area and the correct packing and organization achieving quality. You feel useful and with a convenient work schedule for all those with two jobs, schools or something pertinent to solve.!”
