Unfortunately I wouldn't waste your time getting your nails done here. They are very kind, but my gel peeled off three of my fingernails the next day. And they would not return my money. I hate to be that person but $60 for nail polish that peels off the following day, I'll be that person. Go somewhere else.

I wanted to get a simple mani pedi to give my nails a rest from gel. I think I was asked 3-4 times if I wanted to upgrade which I told them repeatedly no and that I understood.Then I had both my mani & pedi done in the pedicure chair which seemed odd and very rushed. I was very disappointed on how rushed and pushed I felt. I will not be returning.Services: Polish removal

I had a pedicure with Rachelle and I would highly recommend her services. I was fortunate enough to get a last minute hair cut & color with Tammy Harkins due to a no-show appointment. I am thoroughly impressed with her skills and will be returning to Serenity for future hair appointments!

I personally did not get my service there however, my grandma was there on the 16th of December (her first language is Spanish, thus im vouching for her). She had regular manicure with no gel polish. She felt the polish was old and the lady who provided the service keep layering it. She showed her that the polish is fine and use acetone to correct the issue. It looked all goopy and terrible. She went back the next day and requested a redo, however denied her for a redo because she wanted a different nail polish. She will not return at all. Bad experience for a first time customer.
