For sure, this is a horrible gas station. They have the bathroom say ‘Paid customer use only’. You paid your gas, they say bathroom not available. Please put a sign ‘bathroom not available’.

Stopped to get a tire plugged and was told it will be a few minutes which is fine. But when I asked if I should pull up to the bay or just stay where I'm at, his reply was " I don't know where you're at and I'm trying to order parts " A rude sad disrespectful little man with no people skills ! I was a regular but will never get my gas there again. I treat people with respect and expect the same in return.

I got stuck at the gas station getting gas and the nicest man ever helped me get my car started in seconds and then came back again to help me get it the break off. It wasn't my car so I didn't know what to do. I could not be more greatful what an amazing human. I wasn't even his customer i highly recommend this service station such great service. A very smart mechanic here.

Be careful using your debit card, I went to this gas station to put 10 bucks in a customers car, and not only did i get charged the 10 bucks, another charge of 125.⁰⁰ was attempted, but I didn't have it in the account for them to take it. Be careful yall

Don’t use their restroom. Even if you wash your hands with THEIR soap and water, you might start smelling like petroleum. What the heck? Seriously!

As a dedicated Shell user,
I noticed this location advertises 10 cents less, than what they actually charge, at the pump. I'll continue my services elsewhere.

I am so thankful for Scott Reynolds and Rob Huntchings who have helped me plug my tires over and over due to the mess made in my neighborhood by a roofing company with their nails. Scott and Rob are such honest and kind people who are super efficient technicians. I hope and pray that people (customers, colleagues, and their boss) recognize their hard work and praise them for who they are. They bring people back for their honest and skillful people! DONT go here unless for gas. They have no fountain drinks. They wanted to charge me $3.73 for a 12 oz bottle of poweraid which is highway robbery. Plus to add insult to injury they don't take food stamps. Just a heads up. It's run by a bunch of towel heads. Smh only in florida I tell ya

Stopped to get $5 just to get home to my local station. The pump started counting, $5 later, not a DROP of gas went into my tank. I looked at my miles to empty, which should have increased by at least 60, and nothing, didn't move. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!

I live near this Shell gas station at Sunset Point and US 19 and have used it many times and thought nothing of it. Until today that is. Today I was at the Vet a few buildings down from this gas station and I was picking up my dog after surgery. I took my dog out and put her in the car and locked the door as I closed it. Then I realized my car keys were on the seat by my dog, locked in. I tried calling AAA and 2 other locksmiths and they all said it would take an hour, and I called another mechanic in the neighborhood and they couldn't help us. One of the Vet Techs who had been taking care of my dog called this Sunset Point Shell service station. The guy from the Shell station was the only one who could and would happily get over to us very quickly and get the door open and save my dog from over-heating. I will be forever in his debt and will always get my gas from his station from now on!!!!
