My guy and my rep Aaron Stepp is definitely my best rep of all of our companies suppliers. Hands down, Aaron makes himself available, even when he’s not, whether it’s specs on a new product we are using, questions on color selection, or locating decorative concrete materials that aren’t commonly stocked at a lot of locations. Aaron, thank you again! Jim left some big shoes to fill but you’re the man for the job bud! 🫡😎

I will start out by saying I have bought paint at this location previously and was satisfied with the quality. This time? Not so much. I came in when you were running your 30% sale and bought three cans and some painting accesories,spending approximately 250$. The paint was NOT worth the price- it was runny,did not cover well at all, and I had to use twice as much-spending way more time and money than necssary trying to get it to cover. I'm not sure what is happening with your paint,but the quality and coverage has changed drastically. I was painting several rooms and ended buying paint at home depot to finish the job. It had better coverage and consistency and was WAY cheaper. So disappointing when you spend the extra money thinking you're getting a better product,but the formula or manufacturer has changed......

I needed paint matched for several rooms. JT was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He matched the colors exactly to the samples I gave him. I’m new to the area and will definitely be using JT’s store for all my painting needs.

Paint is the greatest of quality (my home is looking amazing!) but above that the customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Rebekah at the Clearwater location on 580 was top notch! She had my order prepared in 10 min and even brought it out to my car for me! (I have bad knees - you really saved me girl!!!) Thanks again! For the great product! The great service! And hiring people who really care and love what they do!!!

Rude sales people that will help their friends before they will help paying customers. Having loud personal conversation. Always a long wait time. So I am switching to Benjamin moor better quality and customer service.
