Edna was Amazing! I came in 20min till close, I had a return, I told her what I didn't like about the 1st pillow I bought online & what I think I would like this time and she picked a new pillow out for me all in 15 mins! I Needed someone who would listened & knew the product. I used the pillow last night. PERFECT! Thank you soo much Edna!

Very knowledgeable about the product. He took his time and answered our questions. While I was doing paperwork for the sale my wife fell asleep on the bed. We take delivery on Thursday. The countdown is on.

I visited the store today for the first time with zero knowledge on sleep number mattresses. I have had back problems and sleep issues for a long time which is what interested me in sleep number. Tony was my sleep expert and he was probably the best and most knowledgeable person I have ever encountered in sales in any industry! He was extremely friendly and patient and truly believes in the product. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays and this was hands down exceptional! I ended up purchasing a mattress and couldn’t be more excited! If you ever visit this store, I hope you are lucky enough to get Tony! 10/10 all around experience.

Edna Valdez provided excellent customer service during our recent visit to the store. She patiently explained the various options, pricing, and sales available to us. She gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses and pillows and think through our decision. Edna is a tremendous asset to the company. She's the reason we completed the purchase that day.

The poor girl was at the store all by herself because someone called in sick. She worked like a dog to make sure we got exactly what we wanted as well as the other patrons in the store. She never stopped smiling the whole time. That girl needs a bonus!!!

I have purchased expensive mattresses in the past.Our previous mattress was only 1 yr old.I was experiencing pain in both hips.Tossing & turning all night.Up & Down all night.Previous had neck surgery twice.My husband is a UPS driver with a bad back as well.I was 100% over all the extra pain I was having due to the previous Mattress. To young for this.I looked up the sleep number beds, one night when I wasn’t able to go to sleep.yes the beds are pricy.But I asked my self,- can I put a price tag on great amazing sleep.Which controls the whole next day.& day after that, so on.My husband likes a firm bed I like a softer bed. Just made sense to go check out the Sleep Number beds.Went to Countryside Mall Location.Omg.Tony was amazing, so knowledgeable-showed up several beds.showed us his sleep number app & how it works.How my husband and I can compare and compete with each other to see who gets a better score.Testing the showroom beds had me sold.Absolutely Loves them.sealing the deal when Tony showed us how sleep number app.Making it fun for us had me sold. He did suggest the mattress protection pad.Which we purchased due to the amazing warranty.( hoping we never have to use. But there just in case).bought 2 sets of the sheet.WOW. Those are quite expensive.But i definitely don’t want to deal with the sheets coming off the corners. Which these will not.Has an extremely high Thread Count.Which is good.Has cooling technology.Which is also very good. And we did buy 1 remote.LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. First time owner.You had me a best sleep ever.& I could adjust my husbands side when he snores.Because OMG he sounds like a freight train coming in.cant rave enough about this bed.Even has a light (with 3 settings low med.high) that turns on automatically when you get up.Never stump that baby toe ever again.Another plus.Has the foot warmer at the end of the bed.oh my.Feels amazing. Highly recommend. May take you a few days or so to get your happy number setting. But he patient. Once you do. Your sleep will be fantastic. And as the app says. With fantastic sleep. Leads to fantastic days. More alert. More energy. Focused. Not as moody. And at night you actually look forward to getting into bed. I want to purchase the sleep number bed furniture next.(With the reading lights on the sides.) We purchased the slit King. One thing we didn’t want was the seam down the middle of the bed.The top slit in the mattress is just perfect for receiving a massage. Lol stick your nose down there. And you’re able to still breathe.Another positive plus :-). That you SLEEP NUMBER for helping my dreams come true. :-). :-). :-). ?????? ?????
