I believe the store should have all of the different mattresses available to try, including the least expensive. Ashley, the sales person was terrific, and a very good salesperson. I came in for information, not to buy anything that day, and walked out having purchased a mattress.

Mary Jane, at your Clearwater Countryside store, is an excellent sales person. She was very knowledgeable and helped me make the correct mattress selection for me. We bought our original Sleep Number bed in 2000. It is still in great shape but we wanted the bed where the head raises. We visited the store in the Clearwater Mall and talked to Tony.He showed us all the latest developments since we bought our first bed. We were hooked. We are awaiting the delivery of our new bed. Can't wait.

I regret buying my living room from them , the unorganized company first they schedule my delivery between 9.40 and 1.40 pm they came inn at 8.50 am there customer service don't exists any way it took 10 days to get my money back <<<<<<<

To put my review into perspective, I'll begin by stating this was the first time I've dealt with Sleep Number. I visited this location while in the market for a new bed and spoke with Greg. While he was good at providing some details about the bed/bases, he left out some others that would have been deal breakers.1st, he didn't disclose that the bed he sold me required me to download an app to control the mattress and that the app would collect personal information. Upon the delivery of the bed, they informed me that I wouldn't be able to control the mattress without the app. I proceeded to call Greg and explained that I didn’t want another app on my phone and definitely didn’t want another one tracking my personal information. He claimed he couldn’t do anything for me and told me I would have to call customer service. I then called customer support and they agreed to send me the cordless remote to be able to control the bed so I could delete the app from my phone. While this was pleasing, the 2nd deal breaker arose after I rec'd the remote.I attempted to sync the cordless remote to the bed and it wouldn't work. Since I wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong, I pulled up the Sleep Number customer service chat. During the chat they then informed me that the base Greg sold me is ONLY operable by a corded remote. If he had disclosed this, I wouldn't have bought that base. The last thing most people want is more cords everywhere. Due to the negligence of him to fully explain the details of the bed/base, explain the specifics on how I would have to control them, and due to the numerous devices that are required to use the bed, I now have a $4,000 bed I don't want.I've contacted Sleep Number via a review on their website asking if someone from Sleep Number would contact me to exchange the base I have with one that I can control via cordless remote. I explained that I'm sure there is a difference in the cost and have no problem paying the difference. I'm not sure if/when they will contact me but if they do, I will update my review accordingly. As of now, though, this will be both the first and last item I ever purchase from Sleep Number.0 Stars

Have had a sleep number for many many years. Just replaced ours. Have recommended to many others which will now stop. They have changed their warranty. Shorter and prorated. My son had his for 2 years and it wouldn't hold pressure anymore. They determined the pump was bad over the phone and sent a new pump. Charged $175. Not the company they used to be. Check competitors, many of which are cheaper since the warranty isn't worth it's salt anymore.

Tony was fabulous! My husband and I just went to the store today. We can't speak on anything yet other then the expertise and excellent customer service we received from Tony. I would imagine if we experience any "issues" that Tony would handle them as needed.

Been wanting to get a sleep number bed again. Got there right when they opened. Ashley the store manager was very helpful. Even though I had one before and even new my sleep number setting. It was nice to go through the demonstration of how it helps and was definitely able to confirm that this will be the right bed for me moving forward. But be patient delivery times will be around 6 weeks. But will be worth it if you go with them.

We just had the most amazing experience with Aimy B with helping us select the right mattress. She was slammed with people from the minute we went in, but she showed true professionalism with coordinating how to help who next and in timely fashion. Even while being completely swamped, she took the time to make sure EVERYONE was attended to. We appreciate her tremendously and look forward to having our new Sleep Number bed in February 21, 2022. Kudos to Aimy! We appreciate her tremendously.

The Sleep Professional that assisted us at the Clearwater locating was nothing short of amazing. Aimy was amazing with product knowledge and she was able to get us in and out in no time. We landed on purchasing the I8 360 smart bed as well as a total protection mattress pad based on Aimy's personal recommendation.

The sales man told me to buy the bed today and next week on the holiday I can get a credit on the difference , That was a lie . There salesforce are liars .do not trust them !!!
