The pedicure was good, but the manicure was extremely sloppy. I wanted the same polish as the pedicure (a solid white color), but the stylist just applied white glitter and said she was done. At the time, the lighting of the salon lamp made the nails seem fine, but in normal/any other lighting, the different colors between the acrylic tips and my natural nails could still be clearly seen.

I used to really love this place. The women here are extremely sweet and welcoming. Never had an issue before until today. I called ahead of time to make an appointment. I wanted a gel pedicure. Before I went in I took off the majority of my gel polish ahead of time. (I couldn’t take off ONE teensy little piece on my big toe, but 1/10 toes had a slither of polish left.) I show up, everything’s fine. I had a woman start on my toes. Halfway through the service, she tells me that someone else is going to finish my pedicure because she has to leave to pick up her children. No problem! I thank her for her time and the next person, who is the manager, finishes off my toes. Everything was going well, until we get to payment. I was expecting to pay $35 for the pedicure. I got ZERO extras — no special scrubs. Nothing, which is fine. I purposely wanted to do the basics of basics just to freshen up my toes. I’m surprised with a $50 charge. The original $35 is on there but an additional $15 was added because TWO women were working on my toes. I did not request this. This extra charge was never mentioned to me. $50 for a basic pedicure is outrageous and what’s even more shocking is that this was NEVER brought to my attention until it was time to pay for the bill. I paid in full, and tipped, despite my frustrations. However, I won’t be returning here and I highly suggest anyone considering coming here avoid this place because of the sneaky and unnecessary charges.

I just had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Helen. She was super nice, super thorough and super gentle. I had my dip color removed and got a manicure with no color. The salon was clean and all staff was friendly. I will absolutely be back when I'm in the neighborhood again.
