I didn't like the service of the employees...maybe I'm the weird one but it's not possible for him to come and speak to us in Spanish, we speak to him in English, we explain to him and after 3 attempts he finally speaks English...there is a problem...-I think so!

Went to the Spectrum store at this location in the mall on Tuesday, as my 85 yr old mother was having issues with her phone, a young man was semi helpful, but wasn’t able to solve the problem, as she was waiting on a password reset, went back on Wednesday & got the rudest Spectrum Rep in the world, the store had 3 employees behind the counter & we were the only customers in there, this guy wouldn’t even look or listen to our concerns, stated ”it was not a Spectrum problem & we needed to contact Apple “, my Mom was prepared to buy a new phone, but we left within seconds on entering the store, vowing to us both finding a New Carrier- we both had Verizon b4 switching to Spectrum a couple years ago, COME ON SPECTRUM, you need to teach this Rep especially some manners when dealing with the Elderly, I didn’t get his name, but he was a bigger guy with dark bushy hair & facial hair- VERY VERY RUDE!!!

I am beyond upset and disappointed with this location! I had the manager call me on 2/16 Sunday and promised to get Internet for the price I wanted and told me he would waive the activation fee if I switched from Verizon to spectrum and now I received my bill three days after having the Internet and the activation fee is on there and I can’t get a hold of the manager because there’s no number to call directly to him. I called customer service and they tell me that I have to drive to that location which is 25 minutes from my house each way! why should I have to go out of my way and drive an hour Because the manager didn’t notate the account so upset and disappointed!!! Cancelling the internet tomorrow and switching back to Verizon!

They moved into Countryside Mall but google maps takes you to their old location. We also googled another location which was vacant as well. Very frustrating. Finally figured out they were in the mall. Got new equipment because my router went out. I asked the young man at the counter if I needed to set up and activate the new equipment to which he said
No just plug it in and go. He was just as dismissive when we mentioned the difficulty in finding them.
Needless to say I had to call and have Spectrum activate the router as well as sign in on all my TVs with a new WiFi name and password.

Never use the Xumo boxes that stream. The picture when watching any sport is awful. Blurry. Have a $2,000 TV with an awesome picture. But xumo ruins the quality of what youre watching.The xumo streaming service that they offer as a cheaper alternative has many flaws. My bill is still $200. Plus they take away a dvr box that does 6 recordings and when there was a problem with it they gave us a 4 recording box. Then can't guarantee back to a 6 recording box. Now the fast forward option isn't working when watching the dvr. It's just one problem after another. Please don't waste your time.

There is no Spectrum here, they may have moved but didn't tell anyone. We spent a lot of time driving here for nothing 🤷

Im am not a satisfaction with spectrum for one no matter how long you’ve been with them they don’t work with you when you facing a hardship you can be $5 dollars short on a bill and they don’t provide any kind of customer service to make you feel wanted or nothing I been putting heavy consideration in going back to wow atleast they find a way to work with you but spectrum I’m not satisfied especially with the lagging and errors

Just the worst service:
without notice, the cost of the service was raised, I came to turn off the Internet, they told me you need to call our service, I got through in half an hour, they said you have to hand over the equipment that we promised you, I went to the store again, handed over the equipment, I found out that I brought only two of the three devices and that I HAVE to return everything otherwise there will be fines. We used only two for the Internet only, it turned out that there was a third for the TV, and initially we only needed the Internet.

There is no inventory of larger screen displays. Just the cheap models they want to charge you $1,400 for! I'm going back to Verizon.

There were 4 clerks but only 2 were working. The other 2 kept coming in and out helping people that did not sign up for an appt. 6 people waiting.
