My family and I have been with AT&T for at least 20 years and have had nothing but problems with them. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have been spending more than $300 a month with them and have had nothing but issues with over charges, charges that we took care of and they told us everything was good then after a few months the same charges would appear again and we would have to spend hrs on the phone trying to explain to them the problem and and having someone just read a script they were given. Today was the day the straw broke the camels back. My son needed a new phone and went to the store to get one. We walked in and there were 2 other people in front of us. They got helped and came our turn. A guy I think his name was Rio short gray hair and took our name . He the proceeds to help someone who just walked in then helped several others and just looked at us. He then looked at his phone and by that time we were. Waiting for 20 min.we started to walk out and he said nothing. He had an attitude.So now thanks to him we are switching to Verizon with better service and deals.Stay away from att.

Visited this location shortly before it closed. I have been trying to transfer my line from one account to another and its been pretty stressful the past few days. Met with Alex and he was able to get everything accomplished within a short amount of time. He was very attentive and helpful answering all of my various random other questions. Thank you Alex!

Gio was absolutely the best person. He took the time needed to patiently explain everything to me. Gio is very knowledgeable, cordial and professional. He was wearing an awsome AT&T t-shirt with positive words. The shirt suited his character to T! I would have purchased that shirt had it been available to customers! Free advertising...Thanks, Gio

Best service I’ve ever had in a phone store. Adriano ensured not only that our problem was fixed, but also went above and beyond by suggesting a way to save money with our plan. He also upgraded us to an esim card, which was another huge thing we weren’t even there for.

Absolutely wonderful, pleasant and time efficient experience! Went in with my father for the new iphone 14 and Gio was incredibly helpful and patient in answering all of our questions. He explained details perfectly! :) Gio also helped my father sign up for DirectTV stream and made it extremely easy for him to set up at home. The store manager was also very kind and attentive. Overall this location is beautifully run, and we appreciate you guys greatly! Thanks for making us very happy customers.

Was told by an employee here to go out and buy my own iPhone since they didn’t have the specific one in stock. Bought it through Apple but financed through my AT&T plan so it was locked by AT&T.Some time later I went back into this store to have it unlocked which is when I encountered the employee who is the reason for the review. Despite me showing her proof that the phone was on my account and paid off, she swore that she couldn’t find record of it. She also swore that Apple would need to unlock a phone which clearly showed that it was SIM locked to AT&T. Before talking to her I had already spoken with Apple support, who was far more clear and concise, in their completely logical explanation that AT&T needed to unlock the phone since AT&T locked the phone. The employee was so short with me that she came off as arrogant and rude. All of that and she was absolutely wrong.I did another round of support calls with AT&T’s overseas support who was able to unlock the phone at which point I ran to one of AT&T’s competitors and moved all of our lines away from AT&T.Edited: I just read through some of the other reviews and apparently I’m not the only one who has been told to just go buy my own phone.

Been to this location several times and called in a few too. The associates have been able to assist me with good solutions each time. Been lucky to not have to wait too long at the store and someone picks up the phone when I call. Jodi was great in figuring out how to get my new phone to work and asked for help when she needed it to make sure she didn’t mess anything up on my account. Kirsten and Andrew assisted with additional follow up items I needed over the course of the week and were both nice to work with as well. So far so good and we appreciate all of their help.

This store is amazing. Sales person Andrew is very honest and hospitable.. I wanted iPhone 14 pro, which they did not have in store. He would have easily sold me iPhone 14 but he is very honest .. when i asked him about his honest opinion about that preferences he did not try to sell 14 basic but suggested me to opt for pro. He is a gem. Thank you AT&T for having Andrew in the team.

Kirsten, one of the managers at this location was a breath of fresh air. We have been at a standstill for 2 days without phones because of a mix up that no one else seemed able to fix! After about 8 customer service agents and some major hiccups, Kirsten was able to assist us way smoother than we thought could be possible. She was pleasant and professional. I WILL be visiting this store with any of my future issues or questions just for her! Amazing interaction. Thank you Kirsten!

No one should ever use this store for your dealing with thieves!!!! They aren't part of Sprint! They lie and double the prices on the customer. Going to call 8 on my side. This problem has continued after talking to management. Never had such Horrible Customer Service. Never go to. Sprint!!! Was holding off on news media. Definitely calling tomorrow!!

Terrible experience in this sprint store!!! I have been sprint customers for 5 years, have been to many sprint locations but this one is by far the WORST!!!! Additional training is definitely needed to management down to associates. Chris, the manager in the lower level sprint store was extremely RUDE and catered to AWFUL customer service of another associate.
