Customer service at this location is definitely 5 star!
Derek and Peter were very kind, accommodating, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and provided me excellent service in the print center for a pretty big job. I have frequented many print centers over the years and you don't always get the most pleasant personalities, definitely not the case here! I am very happy and appreciative they went the extra mile and super quick turnaround time...this is where I will continue to take my business! Thanks guys, GREAT job!

This is truthfully the only Staples location I go to. I've had several positive experiences there. They always have a fully trained and informed staff. I have had horrible experiences at other Staples locations, including Largo. So the printing counter there is where I usually am to get things done for myself or whatever project I'm working on or, in my most recent case, work-related. So I went in the other night with quite a bit of projects that I wanted to get done. This is around 5:00. The store manager Peter was also managing the print counter. I did have one custom order that I asked Peter for help with and he put it together for me and he also helped with all of my other items, he went as far as to show me how to correct some minor document errors I had made he actually fixed a couple of things for me. I just can't even tell you how wonderful he is. They closed at 8:00 and I was there until then and Peter never abandoned me even though he was in the middle of closing down his drawers as the MOD of the shift. He is an invaluable asset to your company! I've worked with Derek in the past, also amazing, and what an a team you have over there at the Palm Harbor Staples! Even if you need something as simple as white out, go to this location! Thank you Staples for always being there for my needs

Went there to buy a printer. After ten minutes of being ignored, I found a person sitting back at a computer in the copy area. I said excuse me three times. When he looked up he yelled “are you talking to me??!” I told him I’d like to buy a printer and he yelled to someone to come help me. That guy had nothing to say to me… no hello…no how can I help you… nothing. I asked him to carry the printer to the register and then had to ask for help to my car. Nothing was pleasantly offered. I was trying to buy locally, but regret not going to Amazon now with free delivery and no hassle.

Terrible experience. Needed a replacement cartridge for my HP all in one and saw that it was 142$ so I wanted to purchase a new printer. When asking a sales representative about the differences in printers he referred me to Peter from what I gather must be the manager or maybe the only one that new anything about printers, and he basically said there are 12 printers on the floor and it comes down to loyalty to a brand, go do some research and said he was busy. I left and will be doing my research like he said, but better believe, I will not be purchasing anything again from the Staples in Clearwater Fl.
