The owner is a very nice person. He did a hurricane special, giving new renters 2 months free to help people out after hurricane Milton. I thought maybe it was some kind of a government subsidy but the friendly woman that worked there said that he had just done it out of the goodness of his heart.
There's nothing fancy about the place but they are cheaper than everyone else in the area and have all sizes; even as small as 3x3x3 so it's great if you just have a few things to store.

Everything went very smoothly getting in and out. Helpful and friendly staff. Greg helped us find our spot and showed us tools we could use to help move things easier.

I didn't get her name that worked the front but, she was awesome and very respectful
UPDATE.... I was just at the storage at 5:15 to go to my storage locker. It was closed. So I tried the number on the door, at the same time a guy in a truck pulled up. All I did was ask how can I get to my locker? I was disrespected with attitude and accused of hanging out. I haven't even been there 10 minutes. He continued with " You need a special key and if you don't have one you got to get it". I DID NOT deserve to be talked to like that. The disrespect and attitude was very much uncalled for. What I needed was help not to be accused of something I didn't do

Disappointed is an understatement. Long story short, I have been a loyal customer for 5 years at this place. I was recently talked into renting a second unit and was told I would get a deal, which I did get 50% off for the first 3 months on a $32 a month unit. Within 48 hours of getting the second unit, I received an email saying that my current rent would be increasing by over $30! That was like a slap in the face and beyond disappointing. I spent 7 hours downsizing, reorganizing, and moving stuff into this second unit and now I will be needing to to move my stuff again. Getting a "deal" actually ended up hurting me.

I was referred by a current customer and came in next day. I came in right before the office closed and the staff was SO nice! It was a pretty quick experience to set up the account and I was moved in by the end of the day! I've already referred Storage Sense to 2 of my friends. I'm so happy. I had so many boxes shoved into my closets and clutter everywhere in my apartment because I didn't want to pay $100+ for a tiny storage unit at a commercial storage place where I didn't feel safe. I'm very comfortable going into Storage Sense and am now at such peace at home with less stuff everywhere.
