I’m very disappointed with branch manager .The worst way to treat thé customers. I was there to help a customer thst was not speaking english to send the wire for buing a home and he was treating us as criminals with wired questions and wasted one hour and in the end hè cancelled the wire .

Everytime I come to this branch this man Ramiro always has a bad attitude he never wants to assist me. I came in today to close my account but he was so quick to dismiss and send me to another associate who still ended up needing his help. I put my hand phones on due to the discomfort but I can hear him bad mouthing “my kind” whatever that means. I shouldn’t be discriminated against by another minority and this is my 3rd issue with Ramiro Galeano !

Excellent experience, Great customer service.Have been banking here for years and have always been happy with service.Reda and her team are very wonderful that's why I love this bank, because of its staff, and they are the main reason to keep my accounts open for 5 years although we moved to Massachusetts.Thank you for being consistently professional, convenient, and efficient.

I opened my accounts 5 years ago and every time I need anything I always go to that branch to meet with Reda. Reda assists me with my accounts and she really goes above and beyond to ensure that i receive the best service every time I ask her for anything. She is the reason I’m keeping my accounts with Truist. Thank you Truist for hiring such caring people with the best customer service.

Location: McMullen Booth Road, Clearwater, FL. Formerly SunTrust.Customer service informed me that I'd need to go into a branch for help with my OnLine banking user name. I arrived at this branch around 20 after 4 and was asked to wait. At 4:40 I approached a banker sitting at her desk on the computer (clearly busy), trying to ask for an estimated time frame, unfortunately I wasn't able to finish a sentence because the 'senior branch manager', reda, cut me off. The conversation went as follows:Me: hiBanker: we'll be right with youMe: yes, I know, I'm just trying to reset my OnLine banking user name. Do you---Here comes RedaReda: We will be right with you. Go have a seat.Me: wow, that was a very rude way to handle that, is this how you treat all of your customers?R: she's busy, you need to go sit down.Me(shocked): I will do no such thing and you may not speak to me that way. I can see she's working I was just asking a question before you ran over here and interrupted me.R: what is your name? You need to get out of this building!M: (MY FULL NAME) and no, not without my log in info, but I will call your boss, though.R: good, go ahead.She marched back to her office, which had another customer in it, came back and handed me her card.R: here's my info, so there's no confusion.At this point I was on my phone trying to find the next closest location. I wanted to get out of there, fast. This woman seemed unhinged. The banker at the desk was clearly as shocked and uncomfortable as everybody else that was there. Then, Reda leaned against a wall and stared at meM: what are you doing? Why are you staring at me?R: I'm waiting for you to call my bossM: what is wrong with you?R: get outM: I'm working on itThen, Reda instructed the banker not to help me when she was finished and went back to her desk. The banker apologized to me and I leftI've had 6 calls from a private number that I truly believe is herThis is upper management!

I never receive a better service from a bank like what I receive at this locationReda and her entire team go above and beyond to help their customers, this team is one of the biggest reason I will never change my bank thank you for all you do for your customers

Came into the bank to add an employee to our business account and everyone is working the drive through I guess the people waiting inside aren’t important to them. My business checking will be moving away from suntrust now truist. Terrible experience

Where do I start… never open early or late enough for lobby service for 8-4:30 employed people.Constant issues with fraud issues on one card being connected to the next new assigned card. Thus, fraudulent activity blocks new card immediately.Then PIN number for new card isn’t sent for 5 days after receiving third new card. Which makes it impossible to get cash from ATM.Automated customer service phone line is a joke! Scripted customer service agent won’t/ can’t have real conversation regarding activation of new card or help with any issues. Takes way too long to explain multiple times only to get the direction to go to lobby

I came in to cash a simple check. I was the only one in the drive-thru and it took 15 minutes. Ridiculous. It was blamed on the system being slow. I would get a new system if I were y'all.

My card got compromised about a week ago. I have been trying to call contact center with no luck. The waiting times were over 1hour or 1.5hours. I know that we are in difficult times but it was almost impossible to connect with someone. The machine kept telling that for faster response, I should connect with my local branch. I call JOSEPH.Even though he did not have the resources or tools to help me because, he went ABOVE and out of his way to try to help me.I had a same day appointment, he found a couple of solutions that did not work, he was unable to get in touch with anyone to help me. My time is very limited and he made sure my problem was solve.Joseph, not only was very professional and calming when I was frustrated with the situation but he found solutions with no tools or resources. He is a GREAT asset to the company and we as a clients are grateful to have him.Thank you for helping me , going above and beyond!

The SunTrust staff are professional, courteous, helpful. I love this bank because of its staff! They are pèrsonality plus...Karen Lee and the other staff members are awesome! They are now on my Christmas card list!😀
