Was heading today to pickup a car from Joe, apparently he’s out of town and didn’t tell anyone I was coming to pick the car up today and they sold it out from under me before I could even get off of work today. Didn’t tell me he wasn’t there, and had know since Saturday that I was coming in to pick it up. They’re not open on the weekends and literally the first chance I could to get over there and pick it up, I was going to. But instead they sold it out from under me. Wouldn’t recommend these guys, really poor customer service on this. Clearly only care about making a buck or two more from a better deal than actually selling the car to a customer they said they would. If you’re talking to these guys just know they will 100% sell that car out from under you if you don’t drive fast enough to get there first. Lol. Ridiculous.

I just wanted to say the people that's the Superior Auto source are awesome Louie has been great I just got through talking to him and my paperwork and title are on their way to me in the mail! I thought I might add that the people here have great integrity and keep their word! Absolutely, great experience!! Joe went above and beyond to meet our needs. Louie’s customer service is excellent and he has great stories. They took what is usually a painstaking process and made it enjoyable. They are honest, fair, and treat you like family. 100% recommend.

I had a 5+ star experience at Superior Auto this week. My sister and I needed a car in a hurry, and for a good price. Something reliable. We were attracted to the great reviews and we were not disappointed. Louie helped us graciously and is a gem of a human. The value in a used car that we found was truly a blessing. The transaction was easy and fast and the care that Louie took to ensure we were taken care of was one-of-a-kind. We had a check engine light come on the next day and Louie was fast to make an appointment, free-of-charge, for us with his very helpful and kind mechanic across the street. Turned out to be no problem, and we were grateful for the care he took, and priority he made it, even after the sale. I absolutely feel well taken care of, and believe we will never have to worry, and that if anything comes up in the future, Louie and Joe at Superior Auto Source will have our backs. Thanks gentlemen! It was truly a pleasure and I feel confident knowing my sister is in good hands here after I return to Seattle. Needless to say, this is the highest recommendation I could give for any car sales company. Do not hesitate to visit!

UPDATE: 5 years have now passed and we still have this car. Regular maintenance and replaced the transmission. Just turned 300k miles. Thanks Joe

I called to inquire about the 2020 Chevy Equinox and spoke with Louie ( such an amazing man). The process was smooth I drove 2 and a half hours on a Friday morning to purchase the Equinox. Louie was very nice from the very first time speaking with him on the phone and he kept his word that he would hold the SUV for me and that’s exactly what he did. No hidden fees I paid exactly what he quoted me over the phone. I’m just amazed how good his customer service is and how smooth everything went from the second I ever spoke to Louie. Louie is the man you’ll want to do business with. I can’t thank him enough. Great service.
