Basically, we cancelled our phone in December, apparently when you do that, it cancels the auto pay. They didn’t tell us that. So now we owe them $300 due to no payment and late charges. They turned us over to collection. I was a loyal customer for 10 years!!!

Great appreciation of their service I informed him that I am Deaf ♀️ I needed a chargers for my iPhone. I have to find his name on my receipt that left in my car. I will definitely go back!

Disabled daughter bought a special deal - a free phone if she stayed with T-Mobile for 2 years. Within a month after getting the phone she ended up homeless. I, her mother, went to the T-Mobile store where she got the phone and asked if I, her mother, could take over the responsibility of the phone for her. They said yes and we changed the names on the phone and the phone charges every month would be paid by me. We are up to date on the monthly charges. My daughter sent for a credit report and finds out she is in collections for non payment of the phone. What kind of business is this anyway? She never was informed that she had to pay for the phone and t mobile and collections don't know where she should pay this charge??? What is going on????

I went to setup a t-mobile account over the phone, and paid around $150.00 to do so. They despite confirming my address correctly multiple times still managed to send my phone to an address that does not exist. As soon as I found out about this I contacted them, and went in store. I paid again, and got the phone. I then got home, and realized I was also shipped a phone. This was a pink IPhone 13 that I never ordered. I attempted to return that phone to a store as it was not mine the next morning. The store refused to accept it, and one of their employees assaulted me , and began screaming taking video was illegal. This is because I began taking video of myself attempting to leave the phone, and she began screaming that she was calling the police. Six days later the phone I did get in store stopped working. At this point I had to go back to a store again. I have spoken to customer service over, and over, and got nowhere. I called the store again three weeks after all this started. I asked as I have multiple times to speak to an area manager. I was told to come in store again. So I came back in again tonight, and got nowhere, and was asked if it would be OK for customer service to call ne back in another week. I said no part of this is OK, and I still have no resolution. I work everyday until atleast 17:00, and start at 07:15. I do not have free time to constantly deal with this nightmare service. My next step is file a BBB complaint. This is beyond ridiculous.

New to T-Mobile connect. An unending PITA!After weeks of frustration, went to this store. Jenna, the manager got everything set up and working. After 6 days no phone service.3 hrs later got text from T-Mobile. Payment from Visa not completed. No pickup at store. I got it fixed later. Jenna was a delight, but I would never suggest anyone sign up for a t-m connect account.
