The worse Location ever. If there was an option for 0 stars, I would put it. Went for notary, they have 6 accounts with me and my husband combined, saw someone name Brad. Refused for no reason. Willing to close all accounts and switch banks.

Customer service is terrible, been on hold 2 hours this morning and an hour so far now. Still have not been helped only transferred multiple times.

It's only one ATM available at this location. And whenever you need to use it, it's broken. Seems like it never works. TD bank it's not reliable.

I would have given only 10% of one star if it was an option. Please Google TD Bank Complaints before deciding to do business with them. Be an informed consumer. I didn't do that and suffered financially, emotionally, and my credit rating suffered dramatically.

I love my TD Banks in NY, but when I was visiting Florida I was very happy to see that the TD Banks' excellent service is state wide. I was greeted by Marrissa who was so pleasant and helpful. She was very knowledgeable with everything she had to do. Brad who's the Assistant Store Manager, helped me with a few extra items that needed to be resolved. Brad's extremely friendly and had excellent customer service skills. TD Bank will always be my bank of choice.

I don’t know why there are so many negative complainers leaving bad reviews for this bank. The physical location does have some tellers that are borderline rude but the bank service it’s self is awesome! Customer service that picks up the phone!! they actually answer and they are based in North America so you can understand them, Resolve any issue you might have instantly! I can’t say enough about the customer service it’s incredible. I for one love this bank and would definitely recommend it.
