Just received a sad and wilted floral arrangement. I pointed it out to the driver and the driver was in a rush to leave otherwise I would have not accepted. Their 800#, 727# cannot leave message because it's not setup and website is not working. Saddest arrangement I have ever seen :(

They lied to 1-800 flowers claiming they had attempted to delivery making it very difficult to get a refund I ended up having to send security camera proof that they never attempted a delivery in order to get a refund.
