Karen is truly amazing! Every time I see her, my cut, color, and highlights come out absolutely perfect. She has such a great eye for detail and always makes sure I leave feeling confident and refreshed. Beyond her incredible talent, Karen is also one of the kindest people you’ll meet—she always takes time to ask about my family and makes each visit feel like catching up with a good friend. The conversation is always fun and uplifting. I can’t recommend her enough!

I went there today when another salon that was to busy for walk ins recommended them and I left completely satisfied with my haircut. I’d been trying to find a place that could handle my thick, coarse and straight hair and Richelle took care of it like the pro she is. I’m very happy with her work and will make this my permanent place to get my hair cut.

This is my very 1st time to leave a review for a hair salon. I feel relieved that I finally found the ONE who understands perfectly what I want for my fair!! If you can make an appointment with Anita, just book her. I wish I had a before picture just to show what an amazing work Anita did. I AM 200% SATISFIED with the result. Anita, you are absolutely amazing. You’ve got a forever customer today! I got the color and haircut exactly what I wanted!!

I had an appointment with Julie for 5 weeks… showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment… told her I was going to get a product and then sat down for my product.. in walks a lady with no appointment.. since this was my first appointment I had never seen Julie before… so Julie seats the gal without an appointment and leaves me sitting there… when I have an appointment for 5 weeks ahead of time I don’t intend to share my time with my hairdresser with someone else.. I needed to meet her and I had some photos to show her and explain what I wanted done… I don’t intend to return there or ever buy any of my hair care products there again… I do two things for myself.. pedi’s and hair so I don’t expect to be pushed aside by someone that thought her appointment was today and not next week when she was supposed to come in.. I was sitting there listening to the entire conversation… no way to treat a NEW client!

Words cannot describe how great of service Anna gave my mother when I took her in for a haircut and style. She went above and beyond to accommodate my disabled mom and make her day extra special. She is also a super capable and talent not just stylist but “hairapist” She is amazing person and super stylist. She will not disappoint!

I have tried to deal with my bad haircut but have reached the point of tears multiple times. As a new mom I struggled with my long hair. So I decided to get it cut to help make it manageable. I asked for layers (because my hair is super thick), and for it to be shoulder length so I don’t have to
Worry about knots anymore. My cut has zero layers And a hard end that I can’t even get my hair brush through because of how thick my hair is. I didn’t have time to brush my hair before, now I have to straighten it to make it tolerable to look at. I have wavy hair as well which the hairdresser acknowledged seeing as well as how thick my hair looks is. I explained to him the haircut I didn’t want and to my surprise that’s the haircut I got! Worst haircut I have ever gotten!!!! I am appalled by the way I was treated. He yanked my hair and brushed it with no care. Then got blamed for having a “sensitive scalp” never have I had my hair treated like this. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I will absolutely not be back. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out so I can go to find someone to fix this.

I can't say enough good things about Anna! From the moment I walked into JCPenney last year on a whim, I’ve been hooked. Anna takes the time to really listen and understand your needs before she gets started, ensuring that every service is tailored to you. Her essential oil scalp massages are absolutely amazing—relaxing and rejuvenating every time. When it comes to cuts, Anna’s talent shines through. I made an appointment for yesterday with Tina Brunelle at JCPenney salon at the Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL. The services I received were a full highlight, Olaplex hair treatment, toner, cut, wash and blow dry. Tina is a phenomenal hairstylist, and she’s a natural❣️When I returned home, my husband was in awe of the beautiful highlight and hair services she gave me, and he still is. Another client who was there and left the same time I did, was so impressed with what Tina did for me that she took pictures of my hair❣️ I Love Love Love my hair, and so does everyone else who has seen it so far. I woke up this morning, and I literally had to do nothing to my hair, as it still looks Incredibly beautiful. I am extremely impressed, to say the least❣️
And not only do I want to recognize Tina, but the staff she works with is also incredible. She’s employed with the perfect match. Tina is working with a product line that is brand new to her, and she did everything necessary to make sure my hair came out perfect. The JCPenney team Tina works with is just that … a TEAM, in every aspect of the word❣️ I have never witnessed teamwork like this since I had my own booth rental in a small salon over 20 years ago. From the front desk receptionist to Tina’s coworkers to the Salon Manager, everyone was extremely helpful, and their wonderful attitudes were evidence of their sincere care. To be honest, I couldn’t believe my whole experience. A few times this morning, I fluffed my hair, not out of necessity, but just because it feels so soft. I plan to return to Tina at the JCPenney salon at the Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL❣️Thank you Tina, thank You JCPenney❣️

I’m leaving this review because they did an excellent job on my hair. The stylist understood what I wanted from the beginning, gave me great advice, and I’m very satisfied with the result! I also recommend her if you have blonde hair, as she knows how to work with blondes very well.
10/10 and the prices are super affordable.
Stylist: I recommend Adaphnie! If you’re blonde, go and look for her! 5 stars

I made an appointment for a express color touch up and an Olaplex mask at 4:15 when I arrived at 4:00 they told me more than 2 employees thay They couldn't because they closed at 6. I asked for the manager and they told me she wasn't there, her name was Tracy. The salon was empty NO customers at al!!!. First and last. What I wanted to do to my hair was no more than 2 hours. Very bad service. Please find another place. 1 star is a lot for them.
