My experience was really good, quick and straightforward with the service, Matthew helped us switch our hitch because of the size of our old one, and helped us replace the broken pin, it was a struggle but he got it, I would definitely recommend this u-haul location.

Called to reserve a truck, for today. He didn't have one on the lot, so he personally called around to find one for me, then set the reservation up over the phone. Good people.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Truck was ready to go, facing the street when we artived. Location was close to the storage unit we were emptying, which saved mileage.
