I have had many storage places in many states. This place is the best so far. Yes the monthly rental seems to go up right after you rent it. But never had a problem with bugs, weather or theft.

Sending out a rate increase Thanksgiving morning at 1a.m the day before payment is due really rubbed me the wrong wayI have secured another unit for 25% cheaper and will spend my Thanksgiving morning moving my storage unit.Other than that this place is good, I am disappointed on how this was handled

Misleading at most. When said and done the 50% off special was really NOT a special because of $25 admin fee and tax. In the end, company’s “special savings” promotion ended up being only $6 dollars less than original pricing.
