I have never boxed or done any sort of MMA ever and have always wanted to try it! I got set up with a free 1hr session with Luis and it was the best decision i’ve ever made. Luis is kind and patient with teaching the skills of the sport and I couldn’t ask for a better trainer! Let’s go UFC!
